A writing was recently posted at RemnantBride.com titled Male and Female: The Pattern of God and His Creation. As stated in it, when it comes to the bigger picture of Yahweh God, the matter of male and female and its consequences is not just one of, but undoubtedly the most important and wholly impacting truth there is. It is evident that, as set forth at the outset of mankind in Genesis 1, the male/female aspect is as big a picture as one can get relative to the nature and government of God, His works, and the impact upon creation. Male and Female addressed this male/female relationship on three levels: individual, the nations, and heaven.

After posting that writing, other truth came to light, and we will use this blog to address some of those matters. If you have not read Male and Female, I urge you to do so.

The Bride brother mentioned in Male and Female who had brought up the truth that Yahweh God takes full responsibility for creation, responded to that writing with the following succinct comment:

Could it be that feminism and all of the ramifications of the Curse of 1920, while destructive and “wrong” in this age, in this dispensation, in this particular governmental structure, is actually a prelude to the time when the Bride gets the glory and right to rule? It almost could be considered the King coming too early, even as Saul did, and Yahshua did. And so I think it would be interesting to see what you think about this.

It’s just a case of wondering, if just maybe, the Curse of 1920, the “feminism” movement and so forth, is basically an inappropriate “coming early” of the Kingdom. Even as Saul was early, and Yahshua was early, so too is feminism simply a “before the time” establishment of the Kingdom.

This is so very true. Just before the section titled “Heaven” in Male and Female, as well as within that section, it was noted that, indeed, the Bride is the fulfillment of what feminism has tried to take by force. But the examples this brother brought out—Saul, who was too early; and even Yahshua, who was equally “before the time” (Matthew 8:29)—are most helpful in understanding how “failure” precedes and even foreshadows the true fulfillment. Let us look at a few other examples of this.

First, on the bigger picture, the covenant pattern of Zechariah 4 is a like preceding shortfall work. How can this be? Because it is the same pattern of the earthly male passing between the female split parts. Yes, it is indeed a covenant, and it is effectual in that it splits the Bride into two parts; but, the Body of Christ is the afflicted and crucified Body. So, what is the higher more effectual fulfillment? It is the covenant pattern of Genesis 15 where both female and male, the smoking oven and the burning torch, pass between the split covenant parts. This is of course fulfilled when the Bride and Immanuel pass between the two bronze mountains of Christianity. In this covenant, it is no longer the afflicted Body of Christ, but Christ Himself on this earth in His fulfilling role as Immanuel, or “God with us.”

We have already seen how feminism has been a Saul work that is before the time, and even attempts to take the kingdom by force. Let us now look at some other like present-day Saul works. For example, very common in America at this time is the use of the word “awesome.” But, it is used so casually that anything can be “awesome”—from food, to clothing, to a car, or just anything. But what does “awesome” mean as a word? It is the sum of all awe. While everyone tries to crown anything as awesome, the reality is that there is only One who is the sum of all awe, and that is Yahweh. And it is His Son, Immanuel, God with us, who will finally bring true awesomeness to this earth. Thus, once again the failure precedes the fulfillment.

How about Christmas, the biggest holiday of the year? It is billed as the birth of Christ, when in reality He was born in the fall at Trumpets. But most importantly, what grand Saul work are they performing that looks to a true fulfillment? It is very possible that Yahweh will perform a work during that time, most likely beginning on December 26 (Boxing Day), that will be the fulfillment of man’s failure to bring forth the kingdom of heaven. Again, man’s failures attest to that which Yahweh God must perform for us. In fact, undoubtedly it would be the evidencing of the Bride. In Revelation 11:1-12 we find the testimony of the two witnesses. These are in fact the two Remnant. And you will notice that their “resurrection” on this earth—the establishment of the second Remnant—is identified with the exchanging of gifts. This is the only place in the Bible where gifts are exchanged. Frankly, this strongly points to the time of Christmas being the raising up of the second Remnant when they too stand “on their feet” (verse 11, plus Acts 3:7-8, which attests to the latter rain). Again, the corrupt looks to the true fulfillment.

As another attesting example, the Toronto Blessing and accompanying laughing movement was billed as a move of the Spirit. But was it really, or was it yet another premature Saul work that failed and precedes the true work that must come? In Psalm 126:1-2 we read: “A Song of Ascents. When Yahweh brought back the captive ones of Zion, we were like those who dream. Then our mouth was filled with laughter and our tongue with joyful shouting.” What we must have today is the fulfillment of this passage, and not by a premature, shortfall, even foolish Saul work. This is our great need and our hope. And quite significantly, that Saul movement began in 1994, the very year the Bride began.

There are many other like testimonies. Certainly all of the animal sacrifices were before-the-time Saul works, when in fact at Yahshua’s baptism animal sacrifice and offering ceased, and Immanuel was crucified as the Lamb of God. And even today, we become living sacrifices unto God (Romans 12:1). This list could go on and on: cars, planes, communication technology of all forms, doctors, lawyers, religion, the United Nations, nations in general. The entire earth strains to effect that which heaven alone can provide. All creation groans and travails for the heavenly. Most certainly, looking at the big picture, the entirety of this flesh existence is a Saul work—looking to and awaiting for all mankind to be born from above into incorruptible heavenly bodies.

Changing the subject now, also in Male and Female: The Pattern of God and His Creation, under the section, “Concluding Points,” we noted that in 1 King 3:16-28, two women came to Solomon, each claiming that a baby boy was theirs. Solomon’s solution to the problem was to split him. The child’s life was preserved when it was revealed that the true mother was not the one who had given birth “on the third day” after she had given birth, and that son had been killed (vs. 18). I noted that there are different ways of seeing this “third day.” Let us address this more fully.

There are two fates here. One, there is the son who was killed “on the third day.” The second is the fate of the son for whom it was decreed that he would be split into two parts, thereby preserving his life. We also noted in Male and Female that this account was a testimony regarding the Body of Christ, evidenced in part in that it is found solely in Christianity 1 Kings. So, what are we seeing here regarding the Body and its two fates?

In Matthew 24:22 and Mark 13:20 we read that if Yahweh did not cut the days of the Body of Christ short, no flesh would be saved. So, how is it cut short? It is cut short from three days to two, or from three thousand years to two thousand years. Thus we see the fate of the Body of Christ if it went the full three days. Like that son, they would die “on the third day.”

But, if Yahweh cuts their days short to two, what does this do to them? He brings Immanuel to this earth, establishes the pure kingdom of heaven in the Millennium, and effects what they have failed to do. By doing this, it splits the Body into two pieces! Again, they are the two bronze mountains split by the Millennial Reign.

Therefore, we have here the two fates of the Body of Christ as evidenced by Solomon, who is a type of Immanuel. Either die on the third day, or be split by Solomon and be preserved alive. One can be MOST certain, the latter is the determined fate of the Body of Christ.

So, is this writing about the 2010 political elections that are taking place in America at this time? No, not at all. The only election we truly and desperately need, is the establishment of the elect who are called out of the Body of Christ so that the days of the great tribulation (which has been going on for two thousand years) will be cut short (Matthew 24:21-22). The election we must have is the establishment of the elect, for whom Yahweh “will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other” (Matthew 24:31). The election we must have is the establishment of the elect who cry to Yahweh day and night, and He will bring justice for them and will not delay (Luke 18:7).

So, in this election year, the greater question is not who will win in the hundreds of seats that are being contested, or who will have the most governors or have control of the House or the Senate. The election we hope will take place at this time, even coinciding with this nation’s, is the establishment of the Bride and the beginning of the fulfillment of the remaining two years of the covenant with the many as set forth in Daniel 9. What are our chances this could in fact begin during this same time as the political elections? Here is our hope.

As addressed in the recent October 21 Remnant Bride Radio program titled “The Hope Before Us,” October 21 was Trumpets. Today, October 30, is Atonement. Tabernacles will begin on November 4, and run through the 11th, which is the concluding eighth great day. Of course the coinciding political elections are on November 2, falling between Atonement and Tabernacles. Also, these feast dates are according to the New Millennial Calendar . Click here for the actual calendar.

These dates and events are also coinciding with several other events as well, which get our attention and add hope and insight. We will review these here. If Yahweh indeed moves at this time so as to begin completing the remaining two years of the covenant with the many, following are some of the things off of which He will be operating. Keep in mind, Yahweh is government; and just as the physical world has cause and effect, so does the spiritual.

First, also addressed in that October 21 radio program, all of the string of connected events that lead us to this time, have an anchor date of Trumpets, October 16, 2008. From what we were experiencing at that time, it was evident that this is when Yahweh performed the legal flip of the Millennial Calendar, returning Tabernacles to being the beginning of the calendar year. This flip is essential in order for Yahweh to create the new heavens and new earth. (To examine this, read The Revelation of the Millennium.)

But, this date of October 16 has other significance as well, giving us added hope. As noted in A Lesson From Intercession, page 8, the date on which I was born (August 7) and the date my bride was born (October 16), evidence to be of governmental, and thus prophetic, significance. The Elijah work began on August 7, 1994, when Yahweh delivered me out of the Body of Christ. Therefore, Trumpets, October 16, 2008, could well be the like legal beginning of the new heavens and new earth, which begins with the Bride. Given what Yahweh did on August 7, 1994, as well as the testimony of Mount St Helens (addressed in the above writing), and the fact that Trumpets under the New Millennial Calendar fell on October 16 in 2008, there is just cause to take hope regarding these coming days. Also, based on the remarkable string of events that transpired since October 16, 2008, including the Genesis 15 consummation ceremony that took place at Colorado Springs on June 7, 2009, there is even further cause to consider these events with hope. Again, Yahweh is government, and He effects fulfillments through the power of intercessions; and the string of events that have taken place since October 16, 2008, give hope.

So, we see the significance of October 16, as well as the string of events since then. We also see that the elections are corresponding with the hope of the fulfillment of the elect and the beginning of the two years of the covenant with the many. Let us now look at another matter.

On September 11, 2001, the Twin Towers were struck by planes that brought the towers down in mere minutes. This year, 2010, was, of course, the ninth anniversary of that attack. This would not have seemed so significant, except that on September 11 of this year something took place that fully captured our attention, combined with another like event. Because of these latter occurrences, someone pointed out that when you count the number of days from September 11, including that date, a count of fifty days takes you to October 30, or Atonement. Fifty is both the number of Pentecost and Jubilee.

It is also most noteworthy that the number of years since 9-11 has been nine years. Nine is the number of the Elijah. Seven is the number of Christianity. Eight is the number of the Moses first Remnant who reverse the curse on Christianity; and though they receive the promise, they die without seeing it fulfilled. Nine is the number of the Elijah second Remnant who fulfill the promise given to the first Remnant and never die. Finally, ten is Immanuel, who begins the higher dimension count. Thus, it is noteworthy that it has now been nine years since 9-11, and that an outstanding occurrence took place on 9-11-10 that captured our attention. These, of course, give us hope for Atonement, October 30, which is fifty days since 9-11. As stated earlier, if Yahweh indeed moves at this time so as to begin completing the remaining two years of the covenant with the many, this is one more governmental testimony that He is effecting His work and design.

Finally, someone recently called me and recalled that sixty-two days after 9-11, Flight 587 fell out of the sky and crashed in the Queens in New York. This was addressed in an e-mail dated November 17, 2001, titled “I sit as a queen—flight 587.” The number “sixty-two” is used three times in the Scriptures. The first is in regard to the number of offspring of Obed-edom, who with his eight sons guarded the southern gate and the storehouse of the temple under David (1 Chronicles 26:8, 15). The second is in Daniel 5:31 where Darius was about sixty-two when Babylon fell and he became king. The third is in Daniel 9:26 in the passage that reveals the covenant with the many, where we read, “Then after the sixty-two periods of seven, the Messiah will be cut off and have no one, and the people of the Prince who shall come will destroy the city and the sanctuary, and its end will come with a flood; and unto the end of the battle, desolations are determined.”

Both of these latter two have to do with a cutting off or an end. In the case of Daniel 5:31, it was the end of the Babylonian empire. In Daniel 9:26, Messiah was cut off and had nothing. And as noted in the November 17, 2001, e-mail, the Queens also seems to speak of mystery Babylon, as we read in Revelation 18:7, “To the degree that she [mystery Babylon] glorified herself and lived sensuously, to the same degree give her torment and mourning; for she says in her heart, ‘I sit as a queen and I am not a widow, and will never see mourning.’ “ Thus, we noted that there seemed to be two attesting blows to New York in 2001, like unto the two blows on the rock, Meribah: first the Twin Towers, and sixty-two days later the Queens.

What can these events mean for us in the Bride in 2010? This is to be seen, but if we see evidence that the two remaining years of the covenant with the many will now be fulfilled, then the day after the great eighth day on November 11 will mean that mystery Babylon Christianity is in like manner cut off. (This matter of “a flood” and the waters of Meribah will be addressed shortly.)

As has been noted, something occurred on 9-11 of this year that gives us cause to pay attention to these matters; and what we saw attested to and reported in 2001, should therefore be watched today, nine years later. Again, all of this is pointed out simply to say that if Yahweh moves at this time so as to begin completing the remaining two years of the covenant with the many, there are indeed governmental testimonies that speak to this.

Before leaving this though, let us note one other possibly highly determining matter regarding the number sixty-two. In 1948, what is called “the test of Carmel” began. Basically, the test of Carmel is a test between Christianity, the Jews, and the Elijah Bride. All three of these had very important beginnings in 1948. The Latter Rain Movement of Christianity began in that year, as well as the World Council of Churches. Regarding the Jews, they formed as a nation in 1948 under the name, Israel. And in 1948 I was born, the one who is hopefully the Elijah.

Given what we have seen thus far regarding the testimony of the number sixty-two, it is MOST interesting that this test of Carmel is now sixty-two years of age since 1948. This could be very timely and even determining, since at the age of about sixty-two Darius the Mede took possession of Babylon. In like regard, the Elijah needs to take possession of the kingdom. Elijah asked, “How long will you hesitate between two opinions?” (1 Kings 18:21) The long-standing question could very well now be resolved as to who wins this test of Carmel.

Let us now examine the period of Tabernacles from November 4 through 11. First, one should watch November 7, which is the middle of the feast. Why watch that day? We note in John 7 that Yahshua told His brothers that He would not go to the feast of Tabernacles; but in fact in the middle of it He went and began teaching. Thus we see that Yahshua changed His mind in the middle of Tabernacles and went after all.

Another significant day would be the great eighth day, November 11. At this same Tabernacles recorded in John 7, on the great eighth day Yahshua stood up and declared, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water’ “ (John 7:37-38). You will recall in Daniel 9:26 that the “end [of the desolations of the kingdom] will come with a flood.” That flood is obviously the flood of the Holy Spirit that must be poured out, ending the desolation of the church for the last two thousand years, and this cover the earth. It is the flood of the Spirit that comes with the Millennial Reign, and could well relate to the great eighth day. Furthermore, the second striking of the rock testified to on November 12, 2001, would speak of the same thing—the outpouring of water. This is our hope.

When we look back in time, few events have ever been known in advance. In the time of Yahshua, the few who had some idea as to what might be coming were Simeon and Anna in Luke 2, both of whom knew by the Spirit the significance of that child. Of course the magi knew in advance regarding the significance of the time. And John the Baptist knew somewhat of Yahshua’s significance, as well as His mother, Mary. But, no one at that time anticipated that sacrifice and offering ceased when He was baptized. No one really even knew what was taking place when He was being crucified. And Peter and the other apostles had no idea that they were effecting the abomination that desolates when they cast lots for a replacement for Judas, even though the very day could have been calculated from Daniel 9:27 and 12:11. But we, the Bride, see these things now. We look back, and we look at what is taking place now, and we seek to know beforehand what Yahweh is performing and will perform and effect. We seek Him that He might “teach us to number our days, that we may present to [Him] a heart of wisdom” (Psalm 90:12).

In Matthew 17, we read the account of Yahshua’s transfiguration with Moses and Elijah on a mountain, while the three disciples slept. Down the mountain, other disciples were unable to cast a demon out of a boy. When Yahshua came down and cast out the demon, they questioned, “Why could we not drive it out?” He answered, “Because of the littleness of your faith; for truly I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible to you” (verse 20). What mountain was Yahshua speaking of when He said, “say to this mountain”? Quite obviously, it was the very mountain from which He had just descended—the mount of transfiguration! So what was Yahshua saying when He proclaimed this?

How long has Satan been afflicting the church? From its beginning. Has kingdom man been able to cast him out? Not at all. He still abides. What would happen if Yahweh does not cut the days of the church short from three to two? Then Satan would only continue to afflict kingdom man. So what has to take place? There must be a remnant who see truth; and though they are only a small mustard seed of faith, they must move the mount of transfiguration back one thousand years so as to fulfill that which took place as testified on that mountain—the Millennial Reign, when the two-part glorified Moses and Elijah Remnant rule and reign with the glorified Son of God. Then Satan will indeed be cast out and bound for a thousand years

So how great a work is the Bride? If you looked for us on the face of the earth, it would be like searching for a mustard seed—VERY hard to find! But that is all we have to be. If we have faith, it will move transfiguration to today; and that is indeed our hope and our purpose. That is why the Bride keeps searching and trying. We know what we so desperately need; and we keep searching until we find and obtain it. I assure you, it is a quest that is worth paying everything you have in order to secure it. If not the elect Bride, then who?

Again, if Yahweh indeed moves at this time so as to begin completing the remaining two years of the covenant with the many, we see here several very hopeful matters that have pointed to, prepared the way for, and will even bring the desperately needed fulfillment—the latter rain!

Yahweh continues to spotlight this matter of Yahshua’s and our own ascension to the Father in our earthly form. We noted in Resurrection and Judgment, page 5, that after Yahshua had resurrected from the dead, then revealed Himself to others that same day, and late that evening led the apostles to Bethany, He there “parted from them and was carried up into heaven” (Luke 24:51). What can this latter statement mean: “carried up into heaven”? Who carried Him, and why was He carried?

It is repeatedly noted in Resurrection and Judgment that Yahshua had to ascend into heaven in His earthly form. By doing so, of necessity He prepared the way for us to follow in the same manner. The first Remnant must first resurrect from the dead back into their earthly bodies, making it possible for them to ascend into the clouds with the second Remnant “who are alive and remain,” meeting Yahshua in the air (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18). Clearly, as Enoch and Elijah attested, both Remnant parts ascend alive in their earthly flesh—that which is “born of water”—so that their flesh can be transformed/regenerated, and they can be born from above, born of the Spirit. This is what Yahshua evidenced as the promised first fruits from the dead; and this is our hope, our promise, and our course as well.

But, the questions arise: Who carried Yahshua in His earthly form up into heaven, and what does this speak? And likewise, who will carry us in our earthly form into the clouds to meet Him in the air?

Clearly, this phrase that Yahshua was “carried up into heaven,” confirms once again that He was in His earthly body. Why would He need to be carried if He was already in a heavenly body? Obviously that would not be necessary. The heavenly is not limited to or bound by the earthly. Evidencing His earthly state at that ascension, we find that after His transformation in heaven into His born-from-above body and His return to be among them for the forty days, a completely different Greek word is used to describe His ascension when He returned to heaven. In Acts 1:9 we read: “And after He had said these things, He was lifted up while they were looking on, and a cloud received Him out of their sight.” The phrase “He was lifted up” is one Greek word, “epairo,” and means “to lift up, or to rise up.” Literally, Yahshua rose up into the air on His own and a cloud received Him. He was not carried this time. On the other hand, the Greek word in Luke 24:51 for “was carried up” is “anaphero.” It is formed from two words, providing the more specific meaning, “to carry into the midst, or to carry up.” ”Phero” means “to carry.”

Thus we see that after Yahshua resurrected from the grave, having reentered His earthly body, of necessity He was carried up into heaven by someone else. But, when He had returned from heaven in His heavenly body, His ascension back into heaven several days later was unassisted. So we now ask, who carried Yahshua into heaven when in His earthly state?

As you will see, there is a host of evidence in the Scriptures that points to only one answer: Yahshua was carried into heaven by the angels; and not only Yahshua, but they will equally carry the Bride into heaven, and all who follow. Let us examine this, and we will begin with the temptation of Yahshua by Satan.

In the second of three temptations in the wilderness, we read in Luke 4:9-11:

And [Satan] led [Yahshua] to Jerusalem and had Him stand on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here; for it is written, ‘He will command His angels concerning you to guard you,’ and, ‘on their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’ “

Satan knew that the angels would bear Yahshua up, for it was written in the Scriptures; and he formulated this temptation that was a lie, or maybe just plain error on his part. But, Yahshua knew what the true fulfillment would be—that the angels would bear Him up into heaven after He resurrected from the dead—and He told Satan, “It is said, ‘You shall not put the Lord your God to the test.’ “

The passage Satan quoted is Psalm 91:12, which we read here, along with verse 11:

For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, lest you strike your foot against a stone.

Most interesting and quite fitting, the Hebrew word used here that is translated “bear you up” is “nasa.” Of course NASA is the National Aeronautics and Space Administration here in the US that bears us earthly beings up into the heavens as well. As an earthly man, Yahshua equally had to have a NASA, but He was two thousand years before their time; and frankly, even today they lack the technology for the range He had to travel. Man’s efforts are all towers of Babel; they all fall short and must come down. But the angels, observed by Jacob to ascend and descend from heaven (Genesis 28:12), most certainly have no problem in trekking that course, and nasa-ed Him up in their hands.

In addition, where were the angels in Acts 1:9 when Yahshua once again ascended into heaven? They certainly were not in the air. As the disciples were gazing intently into the sky while Yahshua was going up, two men in white clothing, two angels, stood beside them and said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into the sky? This Jesus, who was received up from you into heaven, will come in just the same way as you have watched Him go into heaven.” The angels did not carry Him this time, but instead stayed with the disciples to tell them that He would return in the same way. Neither at that moment, nor at His return, did or will He need angels to bear Him up. He was the first to possess a regenerated body, making this journey possible for all men.

Next we find an amazing testimony that is exactly what we have been seeing, only this time related specifically to mankind. But as are the ways of Yahweh, who “has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise” (1 Corinthians 1:27), men today are blind to its immense relevance, and most certainly its critical testimony. In the following verses from 1 Corinthians 11, we find that the woman is obligated to cover her head when she prays or prophesies.

Every man who has something on his head while praying or prophesying disgraces his head. But every woman who has her head uncovered while praying or prophesying disgraces her head, for she is one and the same as the woman whose head is shaved. For if a woman does not cover her head, let her also have her hair cut off; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to have her hair cut off or her head shaved, let her cover her head (verses 4-6).

Therefore the woman is obligated to have authority on her head, because of the angels (Lit. of verse 10).

But if one is inclined to be contentious, we have no other practice, nor have the churches of God (verse 16).

Yahweh is government, and when people reject Him, they evidence this by their governmental choices and actions. What we find is that a woman covering her head when she goes before the Father is not only effectual for that woman, but attests to that which is of incomparable value for the Bride. And you will see that even as Christianity’s sabbath is Sunday, the eighth day, obligating their legal rest on the eighth day of mankind and not the Millennial sabbath; so their rejection of women covering their heads obligates them to highly determining consequences as well—they will not be in the first ascension.

And might it also be noted here that Christians practice the error of women being equal to men. Equally in conflict with the Scriptures, they let women teach and even be pastors. Furthermore, they support women voting and being involved in governance, both in the church and in society. Christian women dress like men and cut their hair short like men. They join the chorus of those who abandon the home and the family and aspire to take the place of men in education and employment. They want to take the glory of the man, and thereby paint and adorn themselves so as to draw attention to themselves and not give the glory to their head, the man. As clearly stated in the curse on the woman set forth in Genesis 3:16 after Eve sought to be like God, they desire the place of the man.

As addressed in the Remnant Bride Radio program, “Seeing the Big Picture, Part 1,” by these actions they in fact practice homosexuality—“one and the same sex.” The woman’s pursuit to be equal to the man is governmentally the same as homosexuality. And since Christians support and practice this sin of homosexuality, the consequence to them is the same as that which occurred in Sodom: they have been struck with blindness and weary themselves in trying to find the doorway (Genesis 19:11). This blindness is evidenced in both their choices and their teachings.

There are consequences for our actions; and when Christians, or anyone, violate the government of Yahweh God and His instructions to us, accorded consequences will follow. So it is written, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, this he will also reap” (Galatians 6:7). And, these consequences will never be more impacting as in that which will take place in the days before us, evidenced by the testimony of the woman covering her head.

What then is so profound regarding the woman’s headcovering? You will notice in verse 10 from 1 Corinthians 11 that “the woman is obligated to have authority on her head, because of the angels.” Why is a woman obligated to cover her head, and what do angels have to do with this? In Coverings, Chapter 3, we note that when a woman prays, she is no longer going to her head, her husband, but is now going to her head’s Head. When she now goes before the Father, she must have a substitutionary covering on her head. This covering gives her the authority to go to the Father. So most importantly for us in this examination, why are the angels called into this matter?

In Coverings, we note that angels are beings of authority and under authority. They respect and thus respond to authority, thereby obligating the woman to act responsibly under this governmental order. And by the very meaning of the word “angel” in both the Hebrew and the Greek, they are Yahweh’s “messengers,” who are sent forth by Him to execute His purposes. Those purposes are quite varied, but let us look at one that is essential for our ascension to the Father to be born from above.

Keying off of that which we read in 1 Corinthians 11:10, we find that the very governmental process evidenced by the woman in order for her to go before the Father in prayer, is precisely the governmental process of the Bride in order to ascend to the Father. The woman is obligated to cover her head “because of the angels.” What then do the angels have to do with the Bride equally going to the Father? As we have already seen, the angels are in fact the ones who will take each Bride member into the clouds, into the air, and into heaven.

Thus we see that the very government that applies to the woman in going before Yahweh in prayer, is the same government that affords the Bride to literally go to the Father. The Bride is to be covered “because of the angels,” and it is they who bear us up to the Father. (To understand what the covering must be for the Bride, read these select writings. Basically, it is holding all things in common, which was practiced and fulfilled by the first Remnant.) Thus we see evidenced once again that angels make possible our ascension to the Father so as to be born from above.

As further evidence, let us examine several passages regarding angels, and we will begin with one that was referred to in the writing, Resurrection and Judgment. We have noted that the first Remnant are represented by Moses, who died having not received the promise; and the second Remnant are represented by Elijah, who ascended alive. These two men are repeatedly contrasted with each other, including on the mount of transfiguration. Though Moses was indeed dead at the time, specifically an angel, even Michael, was sent to obtain his body (Jude 1:9). Though dead, this attests to the fact that angels are the messengers who are sent by Yahweh to get men’s bodies. And remember, Moses is prophetic of the first Remnant who reenter their bodies so as to ascend alive.

Another highly confirming evidence concerning the angels bearing us up to heaven is the two angels who were sent to take Lot, his two daughters, and his wife, out of Sodom. We read in Genesis 19:15-16 regarding their exodus:

When morning dawned, the angels urged Lot, saying, “Up, take your wife and your two daughters who are here, or you will be swept away in the punishment of the city.” But he hesitated. So the men seized his hand and the hand of his wife and the hands of his two daughters, for the compassion of Yahweh was upon him; and they brought him out, and put him outside the city.

As addressed in All’s Well That Ends Well, page 2, Christianity is spiritual Sodom. So, while this moreso looks to the Bride coming out of the Body of Christ, the fact that it was indeed angels who literally took them by the hand and brought them out, evidences exactly what they will do in order for the Bride to ascend to the Father. Even as the angels accomplished what was seemingly not possible for Lot, so they will accomplish for us what is otherwise not possible in our earthly bodies. Remembering Psalm 91:12—“They will bear you up on their hands”—here again we see the hands of angels being used to transport man in a journey otherwise impossible.

In the parable regarding Lazarus and the rich man, we read in Luke 16:22 that Lazarus “was carried away by the angels.” Bearing the same name of the friend of Yahshua who was brought out of death, he is a testimony of the Remnant. Furthermore, we read in Hebrews 1:14 that angels are “all ministering (or, servant) spirits, sent out to render service for the sake of those who will inherit salvation.” And MOST significant, in Matthew 24:31 they are specifically identified as those who indeed gather together the Bride at the coming of Immanuel: “And He will send forth His angels with a great trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of the sky to the other.” Could there be anything clearer regarding the means of our ascension? By the hands of the angels, who comb the earth for the Bride, we will be carried up to the Father!

And let us not miss another testimony. Though this one is not from the Scriptures, it is indeed from one who studied them and wrote extensively in the early years of the church. Around 198 AD, Tertullian wrote the following to women who, like today, were conforming to the ways of the world:

I will then see whether you will rise with your ceruse and rouge and saffron—and in all that parade of headgear. I will then see whether it will be women thus decked out whom the angels carry up to meet Christ in the air! If these things are now good, and of God, they will then also present themselves to the rising bodies.

Tertullian warned that these trappings were contrary to that which the angels would esteem. It is in fact modest women who fulfill the obligation of covering their heads whom the angels will esteem. One must then ask: If a woman rejects covering her head now and thereby her prayers are hindered, what then is her risk of not ascending at the sound of the trumpet when not just our prayers but our bodies must be brought before the Father by the angels?

Once again, in Psalm 91:11-12 we read:

For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, lest you strike your foot against a stone.

The angels “will bear you up”! We know that this verse applied to Yahshua, but He also opened the way, making the same possible for us. This is literally what must take place for the Bride at the sound of the first trumpet. As in all of these testimonies, because we remain in our flesh, yet have to be in heaven with our bodies in order to be born from above, it is essential that Yahweh send His angels and bear us up to heaven. Yahshua said that He could have at His disposal 72,000 angels if He so requested (Matthew 26:53). That is in fact the number of the Bride, elevated to the heavenly level. One can be well assured that He will indeed call those angels to gather His Bride from the four winds, and will meet us in the air.

We noted in Luke 24:51 that in order for Yahshua to ascend into heaven to the Father as told to Mary (John 20:17), He was “carried up into heaven” in His earthly born-of-water body. Again, the fact that He had to be carried there is one more clear evidence that He resurrected from the dead back into His earthly body (which is quite obvious since the tomb was empty). And further confirming this, we now see as well that He was carried there by angels—“They will bear You up in their hands.” That would not have been necessary if He had already put on a heavenly body, as we saw in Acts 1:9.

Today, the Bride must make that same journey so that we too can be born from above, born of the Spirit; and there is only one way this can be accomplished. As the Bride who covers her head “because of the angels,” these selfsame angels must likewise nasa us up to the Father who awaits us.

We know from Zechariah 4 and many other evidences and testimonies that the church—which is “not by might, nor by power, but by [Yahweh’s] Spirit”—is not just Christianity. Rather, it is a male work, the Body of Christ, and a two-part female work, the Bride. As seen in Zechariah 4, it is the two olive trees—the “two sons of fresh oil,” the two Remnant formed by the former and latter rains—separated by the lampstand of Christianity. It is the covenant of the male work passing between the split female work. Therewith, following is a simple testimony Yahweh provides that continually evidences this vital truth.

What, again, are we speaking of here? The CHURCH. The what? The:

CH—UR—CH

Do you see the testimony here? The CHURCH is the two-part Remnant, the “CH,” split by the Body of Christ, the “UR.”

So what would “CH” stand for? There is one answer that is most obvious and fitting. The Remnant are the CHosen ones. As Yahshua declared, “For many are called, but few are chosen” (Matthew 22:14). Or as He also stated, “through the elect/chosen [same Greek word] those days will be cut short” (Matthew 24:22). It is the chosen, the elect two-part Remnant, who are the obedient people that ascend alive into heaven to be the first to be born from above.

Now, how then does “UR” represent Christianity? The answer to this is even more substantiated and revealing. Ur was a Babylonian city, the port of Babylonia. It was consecrated to the worship of Sin, the Babylonian moon-god. Of course the moon represents Satan, it ruling the night and the sun (Son) ruling the day (Genesis 1:16). Also, the woman who represents the Elijah in Revelation 12 was clothed in the sun, and the moon (Satan) was under her feet (Revelation 12:1). For 2,000 years Satan has been the head of Christianity. And coincidentally, the moon-god Sin is an apt testimony to the practice of many Christians—sin!

Furthermore, in Genesis 15:7, after Abraham had delivered Lot and received the blessing from Melchizedek, Yahweh spoke to him, “I am Yahweh who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you this land to possess it.” Thus we see testified here that Yahweh brought Abraham out of Ur of Babylonia, in order to take him into the land of promise. Does this not sound quite familiar? In Revelation 18:4-5, we read concerning mystery Babylon: “I heard another voice from heaven, saying, ‘Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins [Sins] and receive of her plagues; for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.’ ” Abraham coming out of Babylonian Ur so as to enter into the land of promise, and the call to come out of mystery Babylon, or even the Jews coming out of Babylon to go to Jerusalem, all look to the same thing: the Bride coming out of Ur Christianity in order to enter into the promised land of the Millennial reign in an immortal body.

But, even though the message here is to come out of Ur so as to enter into the land of promise; in fact, we actually see yet another essential step testified in this process. Abraham indeed came out of Ur with his father, but he then stayed in Haran until his father died. “Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram’s wife; and they went out together from Ur of the Chaldeans in order to enter the land of Canaan; and they went as far as Haran, and settled there” (Genesis 11:31). Then when Terah died, Abraham went into Canaan.

So, if Haran is a transition period in the departure from Christianity Ur, what could it represent? Very importantly, Haran was the place from which Isaac received his bride, Rebekah, who clearly represents the Remnant Bride. In Genesis 24:10, we read that Abraham’s servant went to the city of Nahor in Mesopotamia (Babylon) to obtain a wife for Isaac. It is believed that this city was in fact Haran. Thus, Haran represents the Bride coming out of the Body of Christ so as to enter into the land of promise.

It is important to note that Terah had to die before the land of promise was entered. What does this tell us today? There are two answers. First, of course, the Body of Christ has to die, be put to sleep, in order for their side to be opened/pierced and the Bride come forth. But also, and related, we note in Joshua 24:2 that Terah worshiped other gods. Quite obviously, any unfaithfulness where we worship other gods, even the god of this world by being a friend with the world, places us in opposition to Yahweh God: “You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God” (James 4:4). Evidenced by Terah’s death, our attachment with anything that is contrary to Yahweh God must die if we are to be a part of that company that enters into immortality. Idolatry is fashioning God into our own image, our own ideas. Here again, this cleansing work is essential in order to get “Sin,” the moon-god of Babylon, out of our lives. As set forth in Genesis 4:7, “sin [Sin] is crouching at the door, and its desire is for you, but you must master it.” Sin must be placed under our feet.

Also, “Terah” means “delay.” In Hebrews 10:37 it is written, “for yet in a little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay.” (This passage is addressed at “Rightly Dividing the Word: The Deceitfulness of Sin.” Also see Revelation 10:5-7.) Even as Terah was no more, so there will be no more delay with the establishment of the second Remnant. Immanuel will come and establish His kingdom on this earth.

One final brief comment. You will notice in the image that CH is silver, and UR is bronze. Why? Because silver represents the Remnant, and bronze represents Christianity. In Nebuchadnezzar’s image, the head was gold, the breasts were silver, the belly was bronze, and the legs were iron (Daniel 2:32-33). This is the gold of the headship of Yahshua, the silver breasts of the Bride, the bronze belly of the Body, and the nations of iron. There are many other like confirming and attesting examples.

Therefore, here is a simple reminder: Every time you see or hear the word “church,” think CH—UR—CH! The church is the two CHosen companies of the two Remnant, separated by Babylonian UR Christianity.

In the blog posting, “Satan Inscribed In the Pacific, Deepwater Horizon Well, and Obama,” we saw amazing testimony regarding the scarlet thread that connects the two Remnant.

In the Pacific Ocean, there are two strings of volcanoes that actually connect Alaska and Hawaii. Prophetically attested by Alaska’s Aleutian Islands, the first Remnant had the scarlet thread. But even as that string of islands disappears into the ocean in a westerly direction, so the first Remnant lost the visible presence of that thread. In fact, it actually went to Satan, whose image, as we also saw, Yahweh inscribed on the very same ocean floor. Near Russia, the Aleutian Island string intersects with another underwater volcano string that heads southward and then southeast, until a total trek of nearly five thousand miles from the Aleutians is completed and it rises out of the ocean depths to form the second Remnant Hawaiian Islands. Thus, the scarlet thread finds its delayed fulfillment as it rises to the sight of man once again in what is often called paradise.

This is the same testimony evidenced by the twin sons of Tamar in Genesis 38:27-30. As they were being birthed, first Zerah placed his hand out of the womb and received the scarlet thread, it being tied on his hand. He then pulled it back in and the second son breached. When this son was born, he was named Perez, or “breach.” Afterwards, Zerah was born with the scarlet thread.

In like testimony, Alaska was the Zerah, who received the birthright. But the promise breached; and even as that scarlet thread disappeared, so the connecting island thread disappears into the ocean. This is the Perez period. But in time the promise must be fulfilled, and the Zerah comes forth, possessing the birthright—Hawaii. Also attesting to this are the two fish of Pisces, equally connected by a thread.

Unquestionably, this is the way of Yahweh, and thus finds necessary replication. In the book of Job we see the identical testimony. Job was a great man, who possessed great wealth. Three times it is written that Job was “blameless, upright, fearing God and turning away from evil” (Job 1:1, 8 and 2:3). But he too entered into his own breach, and this equally by Satan. Yahweh gave Satan the authority to take from Job all that he possessed, including his health and his children. His life was reduced to sitting among the ashes, and with potsherds scraping the boils that covered him from the sole of his feet to the crown of his head. Even his three “friends” were a testing affliction to him. But in the end, his livestock was restored to him in double portion.

Do you see the same scarlet-thread testimony here? Like the first Remnant, which possessed the kingdom of heaven with great spiritual wealth and promise, Job received natural wealth and blessings. But in both cases, these had to breach, and both by Satan. Likewise, this is the testimony regarding the breach between Alaska and Hawaii. On the ocean floor that swallowed from sight these volcano strings is the image of Satan. Of course the like breach affliction of the church has been the two thousand years of Christianity, the two thousand swine that equally go into the sea (Mark 5:13). But like Hawaii and the second Remnant, Job too had to come out of his time of affliction and loss, and thereupon receive the fulfilling double portion.

Thus we ask: Who was the scarlet thread regarding Job that connected these two periods of blessings? The answer? Job himself. In Job 2:9, Job’s wife urged him, “Do you still hold fast your integrity? Curse God and die!” It is good that Job did not follow in Adam’s failure, whom Yahweh rebuked, “Because you have listened to the voice of your wife …” (Genesis 3:17). Instead, Job’s reply is an inspiration and challenge to everyone of us: “You speak as one of the foolish women speaks. Shall we indeed accept good from God and not accept adversity?”

What would have happened if Job had followed the counsel of his wife? The scarlet thread would have been broken, and the latter double-portion blessings would have never come by the hand of Yahweh God! Therefore, Job’s enduring faithfulness through this time of affliction and loss by Satan was critical!

Personally, I hope I am a Job. Why? Because I like to suffer at the hands of Satan? No, I want the double portion, and there is only ONE way to get it—by paying the price! This is what Elijah told Elisha when he asked for a double portion: “You have asked a hard thing” (2 Kings 2:9-10).

This has certainly been the case with the second-Remnant double portion of the Spirit which I have been seeking now for sixteen years. But that which brought all of this to focus which you are reading here is something even more personal—my family.

Beginning in the latter 1980s, my family began to understand the necessity for, and applied the practice of, modest dress and abstaining from worldliness. Then in 1990 the girls began covering their heads. This we were all faithfully committed to for the next eleven years. Following is a photo I carry in my wallet that was taken in 1993, the year before the Spirit came upon me and began teaching us these marvelous truths regarding the Bride. There are some flaws on it since I have carried it so long.

Here is also a photo of my children at my youngest daughter’s birth on April 1, 1992, the same day Yahshua was crucified. Grace was a home birth, as were each of the latter three children.

I am very grateful to Yahweh for their godly appearance, which is why I share these with you. Frankly, this is how any family should look who seeks after godliness. And, it was not just my family who made such changes, but other likeminded families who shared like commitments.

However, beginning in 2001, dramatic ill changes were in store. My second daughter went to help a Christian family in need, and they convinced her that I was a false teacher and she did not have to obey me or keep a vow she made to me regarding that time away from the home. Despite my efforts to appeal to her, she rejected me and began dressing like the world and following their practices, as Christians commonly do. At the same time came a period of difficulty for my oldest daughter, and she too forsook the righteous standards that she had been instrumental in bringing us into. My wife also began to resist me, and my remaining two daughters equally sought to pursue the ways of the world. With my pursuit of the Bride and their quest for the world and Christianity, in 2003 my wife and the remaining two girls left. My son stood with me, but later left to go to school, and with the influence of other Christians forsook me and the Bride as well. He too compromised righteousness and truth.

The weight of the departure of my family from me and the ways of godliness, to this day, is like a load of heavy bricks continually on my heart. Job understood this concern, for before the loss of his children, when they had a feast with drinking he would “consecrate them, rising up early in the morning and offering burnt offerings according to the number of them all; for Job said, ‘Perhaps my sons have sinned and cursed God in their hearts’ “ (Job 1:5). He was a man who was principled, and being principled in this world with its completely encompassing and ever expanding environment of wrong and error, is a great sorrow and test, causing conflicts and grief.

In The Conflict and Joab I wrote, and have repeated many times since then, that the hardest job in the world is being a godly husband and father. It continually challenges and torments you. As Solomon declared, so it is true for a godly man: “… in much wisdom there is much grief, and increasing knowledge results in increasing pain” (Ecclesiastes 1:18). For any man or woman seeking righteousness today, it is as written concerning Lot, who, living in Sodom, was “oppressed by the sensual conduct of unprincipled men; for by what he saw and heard, that righteous man, while living among them, felt his righteous soul tormented day after day by their lawless deeds” (2 Peter 2:7-8). This is true regarding lawless Christianity as well (Matthew 7:21-23).

I had a near perfect wife and family, walking in the ways of righteousness, and it breached! In the days that followed, like Job’s wife’s counsel, I wanted to die. I did not care anymore what happened to me, and asked Yahweh God to keep me from doing what I had planned—to ultimately be homeless and live on the streets of Dallas where I once helped feed the homeless. God heard my prayer and provided the promised way of escape (1 Corinthians 10:13).

The year that followed their departure from the home in 2003, and their departure from godliness, was a battle for my very life. I could not understand how David could say that when he passed through the valley of the shadow of death, he would fear no evil. Fear and loss paralyzed and numbed me at times. Yet even so, the hope that carried me through all of this was found in 1 Peter 4:19, which reads, “Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right.” Each day I sought to do what was right, and entrusted the final outcome to Yahweh.

That year passed, and thankfully I passed the test. Yahweh had told me at the beginning of that test, “You’re going through a difficult place; you’re going through a difficult place.” I had no idea it would last a year and be so extraordinarily difficult, but I made it.

Things began being much better for me personally. In 2006, I made even further commitment to Yahweh regarding the godly principles that He had shown my family and led us to walk in. I told Him that I believe in modest dress, headcoverings, and godliness; and if He wanted to use me, this is who I am. This is my uncompromising resolve, and is the expectation and standard that I have, not only for my family but for the Bride as well.

But what if the scarlet thread had been broken during those years of loss? What would have been the outcome if I either died or compromised and abandoned the principles that Yahweh established in our lives? As Job was challenged by his wife, what if I had not held to integrity? Then if my family ever comes back, we would not receive the double-portion blessing. My hope is that they will return; and when they do, they will find that the scarlet thread did not break and they can complete what Yahweh began at that tender and wonderful time in our lives. This is most important—it being essential that I have continued to hold to and preserve what is right! Blessed be Yahweh for this!

In Ezekiel 22:30, Yahweh declared, “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the breach before Me for the land, so that I would not destroy it; but I found no one.” This, again, is His way, which is replicable, both in His larger works and in our personal lives. He seeks for a man, a Job, who will stand in the breach and stay faithful when others are deceived and grow weary and fail. He looks for a man who will not break the scarlet thread.

This is what Yahweh will effect for the second Remnant, completing that which breached two thousand years ago. And in my personal life, I trust that as an identifying intercessor, I am going through the loss of my family for the sake of the Bride. But most importantly, we all go through this Job principle and test. The question then will be: Will we hold to godly principles and endure to the end? Whether it is regarding a single essential choice, or a faithful commitment spanning a period of many years, will we live by godly principles and do what is right? We may falter and be tested, but will we endure, entrusting our soul to our faithful Creator and do what is right? Will the scarlet thread be unbroken?

When you go through an extended breach period, sometimes the weight and loss is such that all you can do is hurt, and wait for the pain to pass. In those moments, in those periods, you just take the pain. Like Job, you take the potsherds, sit in ashes, and just hurt. You endure. It is just a part of passing through the breach, and in time it will pass.

But also, in one of my most agonizing times of loss, the Holy Spirit spoke to me and said, “Accept it.” Immediately I did so, and it was amazing! Instantly, all the pain left! There is a victory in accepting and embracing our tests, instead of bemoaning or cursing or resisting them or even blaming others. Job declared in his test, “Shall we indeed accept good from God and not accept adversity?” He accepted his adversity as being from Yahweh God, which it was. Though carried out by Satan, it was equally “all the evil that Yahweh had brought on him” (Job 42:11), and as Job also declared, “the hand of Yahweh has done this.” There is a remarkable benefit gained when we accept our affliction. Accept your present plight, your “difficult place,” or at least your assessment of your plight at the time.

Also, many times we get in an emotional downward spiral and focus on something to an extent that it becomes larger than it truly is. At this point, you cannot trust yourself and have to give the matter some time. Furthermore, most often through sheer weariness, our attitude can become so wounded or corrupted that it colors everything. When you get to the place where everything looks overwhelming, this tells you that it is your attitude and not the perceived problem(s). At this point, don’t listen to Job’s wife. Give yourself some time and things will work out.

Often in difficulties you just have to endure, and, as Peter said, entrust your soul to a faithful Creator and simply do what is right. There is no need to worry about tomorrow, but you can do what is right today, leaving tomorrow to Yahweh God. This is precisely what Job did. Do you think Job had a promise that he would receive a double portion? Not at all. But, he was committed to doing what was right for the moment, for the day, and left tomorrow to Yahweh. He held to his principles, for they were of greater sustaining value. It is said that the best way to measure a tree is when it is down. So true. That is when you can really tell what a person is. Do what is right in times of weakness and loss, in the test, for that is what proves who you really are. If you stumble, then correct it immediately, and learn from your error so as not to repeat it.

In the end Job proved who he was by virtue of his actions in his breach. The scarlet thread endured. By going through that time he proved that he was indeed blameless and upright, that he feared God and turned away from evil. Embrace your tests, for they will prove who you really are; and when you get on the other side of them, you will know yourself better.

No matter how short or how long the breach, the test, choose to persevere and do what is right. Do not break the scarlet thread. Then, most importantly, when the good fruit of obedience and integrity comes, you will be there to receive it; for that which proved you, provided the good outcome, being gained in the time of difficulty. Remember, your test can and will be your greatest source of blessing if you do what is right. Remember Job, remember Hawaii—for the double portion, even paradise, is, of necessity, always on the other side of a testing breach. As it is written, “you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised” (Hebrews 10:36). And, “let endurance have its perfect result, so that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing” (James 1:4). This is the way of Yahweh. Day by day, moment by moment, entrust your soul to your faithful Creator and do what is right!

Image: Satan’s face in Africa

In The Signs That Cause Belief, page 4, we saw Satan’s image engraved on Africa, as seen here.

Next, in “Satan In the Gulf of Mexico” on the Remnant Bride Blog, we saw precisely the same evidence of Satan in the Gulf of Mexico, with one exception—his horn has been broken off by the rod, Florida. From that posting, following is the image of Africa placed in the Gulf, with a very slight alteration.

To see the actual image of Africa migrate into the Gulf, click here. You will notice that the boot of Italy that crushes the head of Satan in Africa, is replaced by the boot of Louisiana, and fits precisely into the crushed head of Africa. Also, equally amazing, there is the indentation in Texas that allows Satan’s skullcap to fit precisely, confirming not only the presence of the skullcap, but Yahweh’s intentional design here. The cranium fits perfectly, and with slight adjustment in location the horn fits precisely into the notch in Florida. But in the Gulf, the testimony is that the horn is broken off by the rod.

Recently, the son of a Bride brother was looking at his geography book to see if Yahweh had placed Satan’s image anywhere else on this earth. And yes, unmistakably he found it—this time, appropriately, in the depths of the ocean! Here is what he saw. It is a map of the world’s volcanoes, and in it we see the largest image yet of Satan. To facilitate seeing this, Satan’s head is identified by grayscaling the areas outside of his image. The exceptions to this are the two other images of Satan—Africa and the Gulf of Mexico. They too are not grayscaled. Click on the image to view its full size.

The volcanoes here are identified in red. You might notice the well known Ring of Fire that inscribes most of his image. In this next map, we see the tectonic plates, which are the pieces of the earth’s crust that are moving slightly, thereupon causing these volcanoes and earthquakes. There are reportedly seven major plates in the earth, and seven secondary plates. The boundaries of these plates are marked in red. You will notice that the perimeters of the plates evidence the volcanoes. Again, click on it to enlarge.

Satan’s image here is comprised of the Pacific Plate in the Pacific Ocean, the largest of all the tectonic plates, along with the small Philippine Plate at the base of his skull; and the characteristic and unmistakable horn is the small Cocos Plate.

Similarities in all three of these images of Satan are not only unmistakable, but also conclusive. First, the Pacific image definitely possesses the characteristic head with the distinct cranium that is seen in Africa and the Gulf, as well as the slender face with nose seen in Africa. Second, the horn on the forehead in all three of these is profoundly confirming that each is indeed Satan (Daniel 7:8).

Adding even more exceedingly affirming evidence is the two-blow death that comes to Satan—to the top of the head and to the temple. As addressed in The Signs That Cause Belief, page 5, the first Remnant is the heel that crushes Satan’s head, while it is the latter second Remnant tent peg to the temple that kills him. As you will see, these two blows are remarkably evidenced in this Pacific tectonic image as well.

Also in page 4 of The Signs That Cause Belief, it is stated: “Nor is it without Divine plan that of these fifty states [in the US], a two-part Remnant is located outside of the continental 48—Alaska and Hawaii, the concluding two Remnant representatives.” The contiguous forty-eight states are Christianity, split two-thirds and one-third by the Rockies. This evidentiary pattern is confirmed all the more in that Alaska is located north of the most northern part of the forty-eight, and Hawaii is located south of the most southern part of the forty-eight. Even as the Body of Christ passes between the split two-part Remnant, so the forty-eight states pass between Alaska and Hawaii. Furthermore, as stated in One Thing You Still Lack, page 12, Alaska is prophetic of the first Remnant, and Hawaii is prophetic of the second Remnant. This is precisely what we see in this most recent revealing and confirming image of Satan.

We have noted that in Africa it is the boot of Italy that crushes Satan’s head, and in the Gulf of Mexico it is the boot of Louisiana that, in like manner, crushes his head. In the Pacific testimony, once again we see Satan’s head being thoroughly crushed, this time by first Remnant Alaska.

But, what is the second blow to Satan that finalizes his death? It is Jael’s tent peg that is driven into his temple. While Lake Chad marks the spot of that death-blow in Africa, in the Pacific Plate it is none other than second Remnant Hawaii. In the following United States Geological Survey map, we see that Hawaii is specifically identified as the “Hawaiian ‘Hot Spot.’ “ Click to enlarge.

In this vast plate circumscribed with a host of volcanoes, its interior is almost completely void of any. Even so, it is amazing and MOST significant that at the very place where the second-Remnant-blow death of Satan would be effected, Yahweh placed this incredible volcanic “hot spot,” forming the most remote island cluster on the entire earth. And by Yahweh’s design, these remote islands became America’s fiftieth state, the number of Jubilee. Measured from its base on the sea floor, Hawaii is lifted up out of the sea of death as the tallest mountain in the world, 3,280 feet taller than Everest! The next image will give you some idea as to how unique this second Remnant island is. Click to enlarge.

If this is not already sufficient vivid testimony, you will notice in this image that there exists a chain of underwater volcanoes extending west from the outer reaches of the Aleutian Islands of Alaska which attest to the first Remnant crushing Satan’s head. But most remarkably, this underwater testimony does not end there. Marked on the map by a red line, you will notice that there is a continuation of a chain of volcanoes that go southward, and then turn southeast, culminating at the islands of Hawaii. What do we see here? It is the scarlet thread that connects the two Remnant, uniting the two as one, even as Alaska and Hawaii are connected. This is an original map that has not been altered in any way, including the attesting scarlet thread.

In a March 24, 2002, e-mail titled “To Cast the Lot—Purim,” this critical existence of the scarlet thread is noted.

Today, we as the second Remnant need a legal right as well in order to receive the power that was purchased by the first Remnant through their death. Thus we find that while the first Remnant reaches forward to us for deliverance from Satan and death, the second Remnant reaches backward to the first Remnant for birthrights and the power they have purchased by their blood. As the second bird of Leviticus 14 [which was accompanied by a scarlet thread], there must be some way in which the second Remnant can have legal contact with the first Remnant so that their blood as the first bird can be applied to us, so that their life can be imparted to us. This essential relationship is equally seen in the two sons of Tamar. It was the scarlet thread which Zerah obtained by being the first to place his arm out of the womb, securing the rights of the first-born, even though he was actually born after the breach (Perez). Equally there must be a way in which we as the second Remnant can make contact with the first Remnant and legally secure the scarlet thread. Similarly, like the two fish in Pisces which are joined together by a common thread [see image below], of necessity there must be a legal link or thread that unites the two Remnant. Finally, even as Yahshua was able through the Nazirite vow to establish a legal link all the way back through time to the original Garden of Eden in order to die for all men and release them from the original curse, so the second Remnant must now have a legal link that spans back 2,000 years in time.

As addressed in that e-mail, this scarlet thread is the office of this twelfth apostle. And this is precisely what we see testified here in the Pacific Ocean. Even as that office passed into death with the death of Judas and went to Satan for 2,000 years, so we see that the visible presence of this amazing volcanic chain disappears into the ocean—from the Aleutian Islands to the Hawaiian Islands. Even as Zerah’s arm was drawn back into the womb, so the scarlet thread was drawn back into death, into darkness, into the womb, into the depths of the earth (Psalm 139:15), until the breach (Perez) was completed. For 2,000 years that office has not even been recognized, but has in fact been possessed by the very one whose image is inscribed on the ocean floor of the Pacific—Satan! This is the one whose head was crushed by the first Remnant, and whose end will come when that office arises out of death in the second Remnant Elijah and the final tent peg is driven into his (Satan’s) temple! After 2,000 years, evidenced by Hawaii, once again that office will be seen by man.

This is an incredibly revealing and confirming testimony, but there is even more. In Songs of Solomon 8:8-10, the two Remnant are seen in two sisters—the first Remnant little sister who “has no breasts,” and the fulfilling second Remnant sister whose “breasts were like towers.” The fulfilling latter work brings forth the kingdom that brings peace (vs. 10). This is the very testimony we see in Hawaii. You will notice in the previous map that there are two towering mountains on Hawaii. These are Mauna Loa at 13,679 feet, and Mauna Kea at 13,796 feet, seen in the following topography map as well.

Though first Remnant Alaska has taller mountain ranges, relative to the size of Hawaii island these two mountains are indeed towering. In addition, given their outstanding presence and distinct proximity to each other, as seen in this next image they indeed testify to the breasts of the fulfilling second Remnant sister.

Why would Yahweh do this? To add confirming testimony to His word, and because His ways and truths are replicated in every realm, even natural creation. These are His finger prints, seen in everything He touches. From the highest heavens, to the lowest ocean, Yahweh reveals Himself, His ways, and His works.

With all of this evidence, there is little room for doubt that in these three separate locations, Yahweh is revealing to man the very image and testimony of Satan. One could dismiss these if there was little more than the shape of a head. But, add to this the distinctive cranium; as well as the immensely relevant little horn on the forehead; and then the telling crushing of the head in each case, two unmistakably by boots; as well as the tent peg to the temple; and now add the truly incredible testimony of the scarlet thread in the Pacific Ocean and the two breasts. All in all, the evidence is truly undeniable!

Now, let us take these revealing testimonies one important and timely step further. On April 20, 2010, the Deepwater Horizon oil well located forty-one miles off the Louisiana coast in the Gulf of Mexico exploded, producing an unstoppable gusher of black oil. And, as we know, the Gulf is one of three revealed images of Satan’s head. In the following image of the Gulf of Mexico seafloor, you can see the well’s location, just in front of the boot of Louisiana. Click to enlarge.

Many have asked what the prophetic significance might be for this dramatic event. Of course Christians try to relate it to the book of Revelation, as if it is some apocalyptic fulfillment. But they have no depth of understanding and are blind to what Yahweh is doing, both in the earth and in the church, the kingdom of heaven.

If the well was at a location like Lake Chad and Hawaii, then we would conclude that it is a testimony related specifically to the second Remnant. But its location is moreso associated with the first Remnant, yet not directly since it is not under the boot but in front of it. Even so, we do know that oil is prophetic of the Holy Spirit. And as you know, in Zechariah 4 the two Remnant are specifically called the “two sons of fresh oil.” But, is it in fact natural oil that we need today? Not at all. That oil may be sufficient to give us power in our cars and planes and boats to transport us to places and things not otherwise available, but the oil we have to have is sufficient to cause us to ascend alive into heaven.

Keep in mind, the natural testimonies of the heavenly fulfillment lead only to corruption and death. For example, the kingdom of heaven that man has possessed for the last 2,000 years while in the flesh, has lead to the corruption of the kingdom and eventual death. On the other hand, the kingdom of heaven that is from above is immortality and righteousness. Furthermore, when Immanuel comes He will rule and reign over the entire earth. Man attempts the same with the United Nations and a new world order, and it too does and will bring death, oppression, and corruption. Airplanes, automobiles, telephones, radio, television, the internet, pharmaceuticals, doctors, man’s government, are all natural efforts to bring forth the perfect kingdom of heaven, but each fails and corrupts.

This is the very thing we are seeing taking place in the Gulf of Mexico. What do we need from heaven that the Deepwater Horizon well evidences? The oil we need is not black oil that comes out of the earth. The color black speaks of death and darkness. No, the oil we need is the oil of the Holy Spirit that comes from above. Man seeks to tap the earth for earthly wealth and gain, while the Bride seeks to tap the heavens for heavenly wealth and gain. And in what measure do we need this heavenly oil? The best and most fitting word to describe that oil and promised fulfillment is “Gihon”!

Gihon is the second river that comes from the river that flows out of Eden, and as addressed in “Four Rivers From Eden,” it is the latter rain. The Pishon is the former rain, and the Gihon is the latter rain. The word “Gihon” means “bursting forth”! This is precisely what we must have today, specifically in order that the second Remnant can be formed, completing the work begun by the first Remnant, and prepare the way for Immanuel. There must be the bursting forth of the latter rain!

At the time of this writing, we are into the third month since the April 20 Deepwater Horizon eruption with little relief. No matter what man has done in his attempts to stop it, they have either entirely failed or come short of solving the problem. And even the attempts that are being pursued now are not a guarantee. Once this bursting forth, this Gihon, began, man has not been able to stop or control it. This will be the same with the Gihon of the Holy Spirit. When it bursts forth, no man will be able to stop or control it!

The contrast between these two is, once again, between the natural and the spiritual. The natural black oil is from below, bringing death and loss to the Gulf. But, the oil of the Holy Spirit is from above, and will bring life and abundance. The natural black oil from below is bringing pollution and uncleanness. But, the oil of the Holy Spirit from above will bring purification and righteousness.

So, why is this testimony being evidenced in the Gulf of Mexico, the cranium of Satan? The answer is in what was just stated. We know that the Gulf of Mexico attests to Satan, the image seen in Africa. Will the Gihon of the Holy Spirit be profitable for the Bride? Very much so! In fact, it is critical for us. But, will the Gihon of the Holy Spirit be profitable for Satan? No. In fact, it will be to his death! And this is what we see testified in the Gulf right now. The concern is for what the adverse outcome will be, for the Gulf and for those who make their living from it.

Of course this brings us to the subject of Christianity, for they are identified in Africa as well. Therefore, the Gihon of the Holy Spirit will not be good for it either, for it will reveal its error and corruption.

Furthermore, as reported in the news, beaches are being closed and others are not being visited. What we see instead are men with white clothing, cleaning the sandy shores. This is quite hopeful and much needed. When there is the Gihon of the Holy Spirit, people will cover their nakedness and white garments of righteousness will be donned (Revelation 7:9, 13, and 14).

This now leads us to one final related matter. We have just seen that a Gihon of black oil is a negative testimony of something to take place which is immensely good. We have also seen how Hawaii is prophetic of the second Remnant, even the Elijah who is the fulfillment of the scarlet thread. Today though, we have someone from Hawaii who is the full bloom of the Curse of 1920 and is rapidly effecting the destruction of America in a multitude of ways—President Barack Obama. As with the oil or Hawaii, Obama speaks of something to be fulfilled that is immensely good and is the culmination of the scarlet thread. But also as with the oil, he is a black man, and prophetically is just as destructive and threatening as is the black oil, as long as they both flow unrestrained.

That which we need today is what President Obama testifies to, the contrast to earthly testimonies that will be the promised fulfillment from above. We need the Elijah, the fulfillment of the scarlet thread, and the establishment of those who will rule and reign with Immanuel for a thousand years. Quite revealing and confirming, Obama’s Chief of Staff is Rahm (ram) Emanuel, who is Jewish. So we have the black man from second Remnant Hawaii with Emanuel. But as with the natural, Obama’s and Emanuel’s places are backwards, for Immanuel will be the One who rules, and His Bride rules with Him. America means “heavenly kingdom,” and it is not the nations level heavenly kingdom that needs a fulfillment from Hawaii to govern, but the Bride who will govern over the kingdom and the nations of the earth under Immanuel.

Thus, what we see here in the black man from Hawaii at the nations level with the same result of a curse, needs to be fulfilled by the second Remnant with righteousness. Again, the natural efforts to bring forth the kingdom fail and corrupt, but also foreshadow the coming true fulfillments. This is the testimony that Yahweh is giving us today, both in the Gulf of Mexico and in Barack Obama from Hawaii.

Hawaii is often referred to as paradise and is desired by many. But the paradise we must have is, once again, that which is from above. From Songs of Solomon 8:10 we read, “I was a wall, and my breasts were like towers; then I became in his eyes as one who finds peace.” The hope of the Bride is that what Yahshua began 2,000 years ago, today He will finally receive in long awaited fulfillment. It is quite fitting that the location of this entire testimony is indeed in the Pacific Ocean, for “Pacific” means “peaceful.”

Yahweh is marvelous in all His testimonies, hiding them from the blind, but revealing them to those who are like children, attested by the Bride brother’s son who first saw this image of Satan buried in the Pacific. We look to Him to complete the fulfillment of His Bride that brings peace, even the Prince of Peace.

Before we examine this matter of cosmetics as stated in the last posting, we will first examine two other matters. To begin with, we will consider a most relevant and revealing message found in the opening three chapters of Romans. This will be followed by a short address as to how feminism is so entirely destructive.

In Romans 1:18, Paul says something that is immensely relevant to the church today. Here we read:

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who possess the truth in unrighteousness ….

In these three chapters, Paul contrasts the Jews and the Gentiles. But for us today, the Jews are really not an issue, as in the time of Paul, but rather the issue is regarding the believer. You will notice in this verse that the focus is on those who “possess the truth in unrighteousness.” Unfortunately, many translations use the word “suppress” instead of “possess”; in other words, “men who suppress the truth in unrighteousness.” The old King James version is one that, in this case, actually has this right: “who hold the truth in unrighteousness.”

The Greek word in question here is “katecho,” which means to either “hold fast,” or conversely, to “hold back.” For example, in 1 Corinthians 15:2 Paul said they would be saved “if you hold fast the word which I preached to you.” Or in 1 Thessalonians 5:21, they were urged to “hold fast to that which is good.” Similarly, it is translated “possess,” as in 1 Corinthians 7:30 where we read, “those who buy, as though they did not possess.” Out of the eighteen uses of katecho, excluding the verse in question here, it is used only three times pertaining to holding back. In all other cases it means to hold or possess. (You will notice in katecho the preceding portion “kata,” which, as with katastole [the woman’s long dress], strengthens “echo,” which means “to have or hold.” Thus, katecho is the strengthened form, “hold fast.”)

It is clear when examining this account in Romans 1-3 that “possess” is what is being said here in 1:18. As you read these three chapters, the focus is regarding the Jews, who did indeed possess the truth, even the Law. As stated in Romans 3:1-2, they were “entrusted with the oracles of God.” But the translators seemed confused regarding this since the truth was possessed “in unrighteousness.” However, this was precisely the point! In examining these three chapters, one finds that this was in fact the very issue and message at hand.

In Romans 2:24, Paul noted, “For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you [Jews] ….” Why? Because, though they possessed the truth, the oracles of God, their lives evidenced unrighteousness. This statement was preceded by Paul’s like comparison, “for it is not the hearers of the Law who are just before God, but the doers of the Law will be justified. For when Gentiles who do not have the Law do instinctively the things of the Law, these, not having the Law, are a law to themselves …” (Romans 2:13-14). And even in Romans 11:12, here being identified as Israel instead of Jews (verse 7), Paul clearly states concerning them, “Now if [Israel’s] transgression is riches for the world and their failure is riches for the Gentiles, how much more will their fulfillment be!” Again, the issue here is that those who possessed the truth, the oracles of God, failed because of their unrighteousness!

Does this sound familiar today? Paul was contrasting the Jews, or even the Israelites, with the Gentiles; but this is precisely what now takes place between the Body of Christ and the Bride. Thus, appropriately replacing this contrast, and even looking to the fulfillment, in the verse we just read we see: “Now if the Body of Christ’s transgression is riches for the world (as mystery Babylon) and their failure is riches for the Bride, how much more will their fulfillment be (when they are eventually restored)!” As much as Paul had left the Jews and gone to the Gentiles (Romans 11:13), today we must depart from Christianity and go to the Bride.

This comparison of the Jews and the Body of Christ is entirely appropriate. As we have seen many times, the Body of Christ occupies the place of Judah, the Jews. Not only is this true in such matters as the rod—the wilderness and the first Passover meal—but we are told in Hebrews 7 that priesthood, which is the church, is no longer in Levi but in Judah. In fact, it is in this portion of Romans we see that the believer is a Jew by virtue of Yahshua (Romans 2:28-29).

Furthermore, and this is important to understand, the way of Yahweh is to continually take creation to ever higher dimensions. (Read Seedtime and Harvest ….) Briefly, Yahweh began this course with the blood descendants of Abraham—the eventual twelve tribes—and gave them His Laws. But the blood descendants of Abraham were never intended to be the fulfillment, but were merely a type or shadow of that which would be—the church. This first work was relative to the first four natural dimensions of space and time.

The church began as the higher fifth dimension; and as stated in John 1:12-13, these are the sons of God by faith, “born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.” This higher dimension work is the Body of Christ, which has existed for essentially two thousand years. However, like the five foolish virgins, these first five dimensions do not have sufficient oil that will get them into the marriage of the Lamb. This is reserved for the even higher dimension works, beginning with the sixth dimension of the Bride that comes out of the sleeping and dead Body of Christ. Certainly, if Yahweh passed over the disobedient Jews, would He not also pass over disobedient Christianity? Indeed so. Remember, and this is very important, both of these preceding works were early, before the time in which the Millennial kingdom could even be established. Both were short-fall flesh works, a state that insures corruption, defilement, and loss.

We see then that there was first the natural offspring of Abraham—the Jews/Israelites whom Paul spoke of. But as he also wrote, they failed, and their failure meant the blessing going to the spiritual Body of Christ. But Christianity repeats this stated failure, and the transfer process once again takes place with the riches going to the fulfilling Bride. As is His way, He passed over the first (natural Israel), He passes over the second (spiritual Judah per the Body), and He takes the third (spiritual Israel per the Bride). (To understand this divine principle, read The Passing Over Principle.)

Also, the repeat of this transfer follows that which was written in Ecclesiastes 1:9: “That which has been is that which will be, and that which has been done is that which will be done. So there is nothing new under the sun.” Therefore, that which Paul wrote of in Romans 1-3 is repeated in the church. This is shamefully most evident when we look at Christians and see Romans 1:18 all over again: “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men who possess the truth in unrighteousness ….” Clearly, the church has been the responsible repository of truth for two thousand years, but they too shamefully possess it in unrighteousness. Furthermore, verses 21 through 32 continue to address this guilt, seen here in verses 21 and 32:

For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.

… and although they know the ordinance of God, that those who practice such things are worthy of death, they not only do the same, but also give hearty approval to those who practice them.

Remember, the Body of Christ is Christ’s crucified and afflicted body. On their heads are the cares of this world. Their eyes are blindfolded and they cannot see. They are afflicted by the world/worldliness to the extent that they do not even resemble the true Christ. Instead of rejecting “the kingdoms of the world and their glory” as did Yahshua when being tempted by Satan in the wilderness (Matthew 4:8-10), they have not only accepted but sought them. Furthermore, they are the three measures of meal that are leavened by a woman, and are completely leavened (Matthew 13:33). Because of their worldliness and unchecked sinful practices contrary to righteousness, as it is written, “the name of God is blasphemed among the nations because of [them]” (Romans 2:24). How resoundingly true this is today.

The reality and guilt of this iniquity of Christianity is addressed in “Rightly Dividing the Word: The Deception of Worldliness.” You will recall that a list of some of these worldly practices included: from the accumulation of wealth and materialism, to women forsaking their place. If Paul came back today and saw the shameful worldly condition of the church, he would be so sorely vexed as to rend his clothes and sit mournfully in sackcloth and ashes.

In this series we are concentrating on this matter of women. Why? Because, as we have noted, the woman is in the place of the weaker vessel (1 Peter 3:7) who is easily deceived (1 Timothy 2:14) and has a tremendous propensity for vanity. She is the Eve who represents the created that continually does wrong. Remember, it was specifically stated that it was a woman who added the leaven that leavens the entire three measures. But it is not just the woman per se who brings this destruction—though, like Eve, she facilitates and pursues it—but Eveonian feminism destructively affects men and women alike with a spirit evidencing the same course and characteristics. This is fittingly evidenced particularly in politics, which is governance, the very place the woman iniquitously and wrongly desires. Because she is not designed for that place, as in the Garden her results are assured to bring death and destruction!

Today, Eveonian feminism is destroying this nation, and even the world, and must be exposed for what it is—death! We will address the man per se in a later posting, but because of the iniquity of the woman, as well as the immensely destructive spirit of feminism that pervades the world, affecting both male and female, we must address the female.

In 1 Timothy 3:11, we read from the New American Standard (NAS):

Women must likewise be dignified, not malicious gossips, but temperate, faithful in all things.

In Titus 2:3 we find like instruction:

Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good ….

Let us now read another passage, 1 Peter 5:8:

Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

So, you ask, what does this last passage have to do with the first two? All three share an identical Greek word. Can you guess what words above are from the same Greek word? Study these and see if you can find them. Maybe dignified, reverent, and sober? They seem similar. No, each of those are in fact from three different Greek words. Here are the words with the common Greek source: “malicious gossips” and “devil”! The Greek word here is “diabolos,” and means “accusatory, or to bring charges, usually with hostile intent.” How the NAS came up with malicious gossips is a wonder. (Young’s Literal Translation more accurately says “false accusers.”) Thirty-four times in the New Testament diabolos is translated “devil.” Only three times is it translated otherwise, and only as “malicious gossips”—in these two verses, and in 2 Timothy 3:3, having to do with men in the last days, today: “But realize this, that in the last days difficult times will come. For men will be … unloving, irreconcilable, malicious gossips, without self-control, brutal, haters of good ….”

Considering the predominant translation, we could thus say, “Women must likewise be dignified, not devils, but temperate, faithful in all things.” What is the quality of the devil and the nature of women that in this Greek word is warned to be avoided? It is having an accusatory attitude, making false accusations, finding fault so as to carry out a destructive intent.

It is most remarkable and highly relevant that this warning that is twice given to women, is the same quality that will be evidenced by men in the last days. Today, all one has to do is open their eyes and they can see this feminine diabolical (diabolos) spirit operating. The spirit of feminism that brought us the Curse of 1920 through the women’s rights movement has totally permeated society, to the extent that it is like having the vomit of drunkards on everything (Isaiah 28:7-8)—in our homes, in the schools, in the church, in the media, in our courts, in society, in the workplace, in the military, in government, everywhere.

This feminine spirit is often called political correctness, and in America is rampant in the Democrat political party. They deliver a constant barrage of emotion-driven criticism. They used this spirit of the devil to win the presidency in 2009, and through the House, Senate, and the President are now literally destroying this nation, just as the Garden was destroyed. They constantly stand in the place as the accuser with diabolical hostile intent. Today the Democrats and all male feminists clearly fulfill 2 Timothy 3:3. Democrats are female, and they thoroughly evidence it; while Republicans are male, and they cannot get away with the same behavior. If they tried to do so, the feminine Democrats would use it against them. Yet as a sign of the complete corruption of today, Republicans even support women in governance and voting, not realizing it is the very source of their problems.

Democrats are feminine, and as with the curse on the woman their main objective is to obtain power—to stand in the governmental place of the man. With that power they get others to be dependent upon them by establishing a nanny state. Also like many women, they do not restrain their spending, but assume that the money will always be there. Because the people of America have allowed feminism to prevail, taking root via giving women the right to vote and to be involved in governance, they have released and fed the spirit of feminism that is destroying us. As quoted in the last posting, it is as written: “Their oppressors are children, and women rule over them. O My people! Those who guide you lead you astray and confuse the direction of your paths” (Isaiah 3:12). This destruction is certain for any nation that embraces feminism. The cause of the economic failure of nations today is summarized in one verse from the Scriptures: “Because you have listened to the voice of your woman” (Genesis 3:17). Once again, that which has been, is that which will be.

The woman listened to the devil, and today she, and the feminine spirit she evidences, has become diabolos! Feminism destroyed the Garden, it destroyed man, it destroys families, it destroys individuals, it destroys the church, and it is destroying this nation and many other nations. Men and women are not equal, no matter what Eveonian feminism and lying political correctness try to tell us (even from Republicans). Their diabolical lie is trumped by the only solution to the curse that is placed upon the woman: “Your desire is for the place of your husband, and he will rule over you” (Genesis 3:16). The man is the head of the woman (1 Corinthians 11:3), and the only solution to the deadly fate of feminism is for the man to rule in every area of governance—in the home, in the schools, in the work place, in the courts, in civil government, and in the church.

Is this matter regarding the woman and feminism being exaggerated? I wish so; but Yahweh God has placed a spirit of blindness on people so as to not even see their enemy until they are destroyed. As stated and addressed in The Curse of 1920, feminism, with its women’s rights movement, is without doubt the most destructive force on the face of the earth today! Let us now examine this matter of women’s cosmetics.

In the last posting we saw how believing women are entirely deceived and shamefully follow the way of the world regarding dress. Sadly, Romans 1:18 is most certainly evidenced once again by Christian women regarding both their dress and cosmetics—they “possess the truth in unrighteousness.”

There are numerous testimonies—from the Scriptures, from the early church writers, even from the root meaning of the words used to identify cosmetics—that confirm their unrighteousness and inappropriate usage for any woman making a claim to godliness. As we have already seen, “it is not the hearers of the Law who are just before God, but the doers of the Law will be justified.” Without question, if a person’s walk does not match the high goal of their calling—seeking “first the kingdom of God and His righteousness”—then they prove themselves mere hearers and not doers.

Today is not a time to play games and to be a compromiser! As it is written, “because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth” (Revelation 3:16). One cannot afford to play games and roll the dice with their fate at this time. This is a time to be very cautious, discerning, uncompromising, and extremely circumspect in what they do. It has been aptly said that we have been subnormal for so long that when someone becomes normal, they are abnormal. In today’s fallen world, being abnormal is essential to righteousness. Let us thereby walk with holiness and in truth. As it is written, we must judge ourselves, that we may not be judged (1 Corinthians 11:31).

We will now begin this examination regarding cosmetics by first considering what the Scriptures say concerning them. It is highly significant and revealing that in every case where the use of cosmetics is mentioned, it is a testimony of wickedness, fittingly associated with the likes of Jezebel, harlots, and adulterers. We see here that cosmetics attest to committing adultery with the world.

In 2 Kings 9, the deplorable character, Jezebel, heard that Jehu was coming. What did she do? In verse 30 we read:

When Jehu came to Jezreel, Jezebel heard of it, and she painted her eyes and adorned her head and looked out the window.

This action on her part was her end, for she was then pushed out the window to be crushed under the wheels and horse’s hooves of Jehu’s chariot. This is the woman who vowed to kill Elijah, but later violently died after painting her eyes. This is the woman you identify with, ladies, when you paint your eyes.

Next we find two additional witnesses as to the meaning of cosmetics, here with the clear association with harlotry and adultery. In Jeremiah 4:29-30 we read:

At the sound of the horseman and bowman every city flees; they go into the thickets and climb among the rocks; every city is forsaken, and no man dwells in them. And you, O desolate one, what will you do? Although you dress in scarlet, although you decorate yourself with ornaments of gold, although you enlarge your eyes with paint, in vain you make yourself beautiful. Your lovers despise you; they seek your life.

Then in Ezekiel 23:39-41, 43-45, and 48-49 we read:

“For when they had slaughtered their children for their idols, they entered My sanctuary on the same day to profane it; and lo, thus they did within My house. Furthermore, they have even sent for men who come from afar, to whom a messenger was sent; and lo, they came—for whom you bathed, painted your eyes and decorated yourselves with ornaments; and you sat on a splendid couch with a table arranged before it on which you had set My incense and My oil.

Then I said concerning her who was worn out by adulteries, ‘Will they now commit adultery with her when she is thus?’ But they went in to her as they would go in to a harlot. … But they, righteous men, will judge them [her] with the judgment of adulteresses and with the judgment of women who shed blood, because they are adulteresses and blood is on their [her] hands.”

“ ‘Thus I will make lewdness cease from the land, that all women may be admonished and not commit lewdness as you have done. Your lewdness will be requited upon you, and you will bear the penalty of worshiping your idols; thus you will know that I am the Lord Yahweh.’ “

In both of these passages, the issue is desolation and profanement. This is the desolation of the church that has taken place for two thousand years. Cosmetics are just one more of the abominations that make the kingdom desolate. Women defile themselves by being friends with the world, taking on the appearance and ways of the world, making themselves an enemy of God as evidenced here.

Finally, though not specifically speaking of cosmetics, in Proverbs 6:23-25 we read yet another testimony relative to a harlot:

… reproofs for discipline are the way of life, to keep you from the evil woman, from the smooth tongue of the adulteress. Do not desire her beauty in your heart, nor let her capture you with her eyelids.

These are the painted eyes of the adulteress, and this is precisely what women become when wearing cosmetics—they commit harlotry with the world, becoming one flesh with it. And there are always the smooth tongues of those who will justify this sin. Ladies, do you see any righteousness whatsoever in any of these testimonies from the Scriptures regarding cosmetics? To the contrary, they speak of Jezebel, harlots, adulterers, profanement, and desolation.

Furthermore, what do the words associated with cosmetics reveal? To begin with, from where does the word “cosmetics” originate? It is from the Greek word “kosmos,” which we have already seen means “world.” Ladies, you are putting the world on your eyes and face when you use cosmetics. These alterations are not neutral to Yahweh God, but clearly attest to your actions of committing adultery with the world.

Likewise you call this evil practice “makeup.” It is most revealing that when a person tells a lie, they make something up. This is quite fitting, for the woman’s face is now equally a lie. The early church writer, Tertullian, who wrote around 198 AD, made the same obvious conclusion: “Whatever is born is the work of God. So whatever is plastered on, is the devil’s work. … How unworthy of the Christian name it is to wear a fictitious face—you on whom simplicity in every form is enjoined! You, to whom lying with the tongue is not lawful, are lying in appearance” [Tertullian, 4.21].

Furthermore, one of the best known makers of cosmetics and the sixth largest, with sales of over five billion dollars a year, is Avon. Again quite fittingly and revealing as to what women participate in when wearing cosmetics, “Avon” is the Hebrew word for “iniquity”—the absence of moral or spiritual values! This again reveals the iniquitous nature of the Eveonian woman who wears kosmos.

Finally, where do women sit when applying this paint? They sit in front of vanity mirrors. Ladies, how much more evidence do you need that cosmetics are an adulterous relationship with the world that is a vain iniquity that leads to death? Every evidence in both the Scriptures and by the very words themselves, without exception tell you that wearing cosmetics is wrong and cannot be practiced by any woman making a claim to godliness.

We have just seen one testimony from an early church writing regarding cosmetics; let us now consider even more. It is quite revealing that immediately after the beginning of the church, leaders were already having to correct women regarding many moral issues, including dress, hair coloring and styling, adornments, and of course cosmetics. Women for all times have had an iniquity for vanity in appearance. As early as the Garden, Eve looked at the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and it appealed to the very sense that she draws attention to—her eyes!

“When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes …” (Genesis 3:6).

It is most revealing that the sin she gave herself to—the “delight to the eyes”—is continually her iniquity in that she wants others to delight in her eyes, and once again in a sinful and vain way. The woman draws attention to her eyes in an adulterous manner, fulfilling these Scripture passages we just read.

As you will see, this Eveonian iniquity was already at work immediately upon the church’s beginning. Also, these early writers presented valuable truth that Christianity as a whole completely ignores today. Oh that there would be the same conviction and instruction today. Reading these should all the more compel women today to put away these “wicked arts” and “deceptions,” as Clement called them, and apply the truths set forth here. Following are some of the statements of these early writers. Read them carefully and thoughtfully.

He [God] takes away anxious care for clothes, food, and all luxuries as being unnecessary. What are we to imagine, then, should be said about love of embellishments, the dyeing of wool, and the variety of colors? What should be said about the love of gems, exquisite working of gold, and still more, of artificial hair and wreathed curls? Furthermore, what should be said about staining the eyes, plucking out hairs, painting with rouge and white lead, dyeing of the hair, and the wicked arts that are employed in such deceptions [Clement of Alexandria, about 195 AD, 2.264]?

Those women who wear gold imitate the Egyptians. They occupy themselves with curling their locks. They are busy anointing their cheeks, painting their eyes, dyeing their hair, and practicing the other pernicious arts of luxury. The truth is that they deck the covering of their flesh in order to attract their infatuated lovers [Clement of Alexandria, about 195 AD, 2.272].

What does God think of spurious beauty, rejecting utterly as He does all falsehood [Clement of Alexandria, about 195 AD, 2.274]?

Nor are the women to smear their faces with the ensnaring devices of wily cunning. But let us show to them the decoration of sobriety [Clement of Alexandria, about 195 AD, 2.286].

For those women sin against God when they rub their skin with ointments, stain their cheeks with rouge, and make their eyes prominent with antimony. To them, I suppose, the artistic skill of God is displeasing [Tertullian, about 198 AD, 4.20]!

Let us only wish that we may be no cause for just blasphemy! But how much more provocative of blasphemy is it that you, who are called modesty’s priestesses, should appear in public decked and painted out after the manner of the immodest [Tertullian, about 198 AD]?

I will then see whether you will rise [at the resurrection] with your ceruse and rouge and saffron—and in all that parade of headgear. I will then see whether it will be women thus decked out whom the angels carry up to meet Christ in the air! If these things are now good, and of God, they will then also present themselves to the rising bodies [Tertullian, about 198 AD, 4.22].

“Now Susannah was a very delicate woman.” This does not mean that she had flashy adornments on herself or eyes painted with various colors—as Jezebel had. Rather, it means she had the adornment of faith, chastity, and sanctity [Hippolytus, about 205 AD, 5.193].

She is not a modest woman who strives to stir up the fancy of another—even though her physical chastity is preserved. Away with those who do not really adorn their beauty, but prostitute it instead. For anxiety about beauty is not only the wisdom of an evil mind, but belongs to deformity. … Why is the color of hair changed? Why are the edges of the eyes darkened? Why is the face molded by art into a different form [Novatian, about 235 AD, 5.591, formerly attributed to Cyprian]?

You wish, O Christian woman, that the matrons should be as the ladies of the world. You surround yourself with gold, or with the modest silken garment. … You affect vanity with all the pomp of the devil. You are adorned at the mirror, with your curled hair turned back from your brow. Moreover, with evil purpose you put on false cosmetics. You put antimony on your pure eyes, with painted beauty. Or you dye your hair, so that it will always be black. … But these things are not necessary for modest women [Commodianus, about 240 AD, 4.214].

It is not right before God that a faithful Christian woman should be adorned. … God’s heralds … condemn as being unrighteous those women who adorn themselves in such a manner. You stain your hair. You paint the opening of your eyes with black. You lift up your hair, one by one, on your painted brow. You anoint your cheeks with some sort of reddish color laid on. … You are rejecting the law when you wish to please the world [Commodianus, about 240 AD, 4.215].

Both sexes alike should be admonished that the work of God and His fashioning and formation should in no manner be adulterated—either with the application of yellow color, black dust, rouge, or with any kind of cosmetic. … God says, “Let us make man in our image and likeness.” Does anyone dare to alter and change what God has made [Cyprian, about 250 AD, 5.434]?

In their manners, there was no discipline. … In women, their complexion was dyed. Their eyes were falsified from what God’s hand had made them. Their hair was stained with a falsehood [Cyprian, about 250 AD, 5.438].

Do not paint your face, which is God’s workmanship. For there is no part of you that lacks beauty. For God has made all things very good. But the wanton extra adorning of what is already good is an affront to the Creator’s work [Apostolic Constitutions, about 390 AD, 7.395].

Finally, Tertullian set forth a most poetic, beautiful, and proper exhortation to ladies, like unto that of Peter, who wrote: “Let not your behavior be the external plating of the hair and putting on gold jewelry or putting on worldly garments; but let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the imperishable quality of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in the sight of God (1 Peter 3:3-4). Tertullian thereupon continues:

… drawing your whiteness from simplicity, your ruddy hue from modesty; painting your eyes with bashfulness, and your mouth with silence; implanting in your ears the words of God; fitting on your necks the yoke of Christ. Submit your head to your husbands and you will be enough adorned. Busy your hands with spinning, keep your feet at home, and you will please better than by arraying yourselves in gold. Clothe yourselves with the silk of uprightness, the fine linen of holiness, the purple of modesty. Thus painted, you will have God as your Lover [Tertullian, about 198 AD, 4.25]!

Ladies, what prevents you from obedience regarding this? Oh, oh for women who would choose this righteous behavior as their goal and purpose—living for that which is eternal, and not for vain fleshly momentary gratification; choosing to do that which is pleasing to God, and not pleasing to the flesh; rejecting the iniquity of the woman, and living for righteousness instead; choosing not to live by the “delight of the eyes,” but by the delight of living “righteously and godly in this present age”; choosing not to give in to the sin that “is crouching at the door, and its desire is for you,” but rather to master it (Genesis 4:7); choosing to clothe yourself in modest full-length dress that covers and conceals your form; choosing to put away lying colors on your face and on your hair; choosing to not adorn yourself with the world’s ornaments; choosing to be the woman whom Tertullian spoke of; choosing to be worthy of being a godly Bride who seeks after righteousness, even now while here on this earth! If you want to ascend alive into righteousness, ladies, so as to put off this flesh and be covered in immortality, then live today in a way that evidences that hope and purpose. If you want to inherit righteousness tomorrow, live for it, prove it, today.

In the Garden of Eden, Yahweh set forth the pattern for all mankind. It is not just the account of what happened between the first man and woman and Yahweh God, but was a MOST important type of what would take place throughout the history of flesh man, revealing the relationship of the man and the woman, which is parallel to Yahweh God and man.

In the May 14, 2010, Remnant Bride radio program titled, “Being Like God—Determining Good and Evil,” we addressed this clear parallel between the woman’s relationship to her husband, and mankind’s relationship to Yahweh. We noted that mankind was being represented by the woman when Satan went specifically to her to tempt her, and thereupon caused the man to fail and fall. Both the woman and mankind are alike in that they are in the position of the created, the weaker vessel (1 Peter 3:7), the one who is quite deceived (1 Timothy 2:14), who seeks to be equal with their ordained head, and desires those things that are temporal and vain. On the other hand, the man and Yahweh are not deceived (1 Timothy 2:14), have the right to rule (Genesis 3:16, 1 Corinthians 11:3), and are to be obeyed. Therefore, the means of protection and blessing for the woman is to submit to her husband “in everything” (Ephesians 5:24), even as the means of protection and blessing for mankind is to submit to God in everything.

The woman submitting to her husband in everything

equals

Mankind submitting to Yahweh God in everything

Quite simply, if the woman had submitted to her husband in the Garden and not sought to do her own will, then the Garden, with Yahweh’s presence, would have remained perfect. All she had to do was to obey, to submit to and seek the will of her head. It was just that simple. And, this is what mankind must equally do in relationship to Yahweh God.

This state of the woman being the weaker vessel who is easily deceived is gravely evidenced today in a host of ways, which will be the focus of this writing. In the Garden, Satan approached the woman with the temptation: “For God knows that in the day you eat from [the tree of the knowledge of good and evil] your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil” (Genesis 3:5). Not only was this Eve’s temptation, but it remains the temptation of women today—their desire to be equal to the one who is to govern over them, and the right to determine for themselves what is right and wrong, securing their own willful destiny. This iniquity that Eve evidenced, thereupon became the curse for all women: “Your desire will be for the place of your husband …” (Genesis 3:16). (To examine “for the place of,” read Divorce, Women, and the Curse of 1920, page 2.)

But the righteous and obedient woman will not willfully claim with Eveonian feminists, “I have my rights,” but will proclaim in truth and wisdom and honor, “I have my place.” Women need to know how to possess their feminine vessels, as Paul stated, “in sanctification and honor” (1 Thessalonians 4:4). In exemplary testimony to this, Yahshua was faithful at His first coming in a feminine role as a servant: “For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many” (Mark 10:45), and He did nothing but the will of the Father (John 5:19). In this role He was an example to every woman as to her right behavior, attitude, and place. This feminine role that Yahshua occupied is in contrast to His male role that is to come, whereupon He will have the right to rule when He returns as Immanuel. (For more regarding this, read Kissing, Lips, and Attesting Glory, page 3.)

When Eve listened to the voice of Satan, we read concerning her wrong response: “When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise, she took from its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her, and he ate” (Genesis 3:6). Here again we see the temptation and weakness of mankind, evidenced by the temptation and weakness of the woman.

Thus we see that the woman listened to Satan, and the man listened to the woman. Because he listened to her, Yahweh rebuked him, saying, “Because you have listened to the voice of your woman/wife …,” and thereupon cursed the ground for doing so, causing it to bring forth thorns and thistles to afflict him (Genesis 3:17). This is the course of failure and curse taking place today whereby men have listened to the voice of women and unlawfully given them the rights of governance, becoming equal to men.

The error and destructive effects of this are now tragically evident in society, even as in the original Garden. Because men have once again listened to the voice of women, now to the Eveonian feminists, thorns and thistles have come forth that have sorely afflicted men—in the home, at their work, in the schools, in the church, in the courthouse, in feminized excessive and intrusive government ruling over them, and in the destruction of the financial stability of nations that have become overburdened and bankrupt-bound nanny states.

If women had never been given the right to vote or to be involved in governance, these massive far-reaching problems would not exist today. They are a direct product of women involved in government, altering it to an unnatural hermaphroditic state. Men are not perfect, but they alone possess the rights to rule and form government, not women; and those rights have been violated and wrongfully deferred. (It is highly recommended you order and read the book, The Curse of 1920, which addresses this more fully.)

In this posting, we will begin to examine some of the ways in which women are failing in such a shameful and destructive manner. Someone may object, “You’re focusing too much on the role of the woman in our corruption.” I believe you will see that there is not only vastly sufficient cause to address the role of women in this corruption, but if we failed to give our attention to this we would be both irresponsible and willfully ignorant of the facts, turning a blind eye to reality, and denying ourselves of the solution. Also, because feminism’s destruction is so VAST and pervasive, it demands that this response be written with complete frankness. Furthermore, keep in mind that this examination looks at the big picture of society as a whole, not at the lives of individuals or even the relatively small groups that are the unique exception to society’s ill and destructive fate. Praise Yahweh for those women who remain a testimony of what a godly woman truly is. For you, may you be effectually influential as set forth in Titus 2:3-5:

Older women likewise are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, so that the word of God will not be dishonored.

Only one-hundred years after the church began, Tertullian wrote, warning women: “You are the devil’s gateway; you are the unsealer of that forbidden tree; you are the first deserter of the divine law; you are she who persuaded him whom the devil was not valiant enough to attack. You destroyed so easily God’s image—man.” Tertullian was simply expounding on what the Scriptures equally say: “For it was Adam who was first created, and then Eve. And it was not Adam who was deceived, but the woman being quite deceived, fell into transgression” (1 Timothy 2:13-14).

Insomuch that the woman was indeed the gateway to the destruction of the Garden and the fall of man, without a doubt she is the same gateway to the destruction of society today. The facts sorely evidence this. The woman was the first to effect the abomination that makes desolate, as she stood in the place of the Holy One (Matthew 24:15 and Mark 13:14), determining for herself what was good and what was evil, and thereupon desolated the Garden. Today is no different. Women’s abominable acts continue to desolate, as it is written:

“Woe to the wicked! It will go badly with him, for what he deserves will be done to him. O My people! Their oppressors are children, and women rule over them. O My people! Those who guide you lead you astray and confuse the direction of your paths” (Isaiah 3:11-12).

Let us consider what the Scriptures further speak regarding the woman. We are told that she brought about the corruption of the Garden and the fall of man; that she is the one who is quite deceived (1 Timothy 2:14); that she is the weaker vessel (1 Peter 3:7); that she is cursed to desire the place of the man (Genesis 3:16); that the man was rebuked by God for listening to her (Genesis 3:17); that she is not allowed to teach but is to remain silent (1 Timothy 2:12); that she is forbidden to exercise the authority of a man (1 Timothy 2:12); that the husband is, of necessity, instructed to be patient with her (1 Peter 3:7); that he is equally told, with reason, not to be embittered against her but to love her (Colossians 3:19); that among a thousand men, one is found faithful, but among a thousand women, there is not one (Ecclesiastes 7:28 [Solomon would know, for he had a thousand wives and concubines]); that there is over twice as much instruction in the New Testament, and is primarily corrective, relative to the woman, as there is to the man; and as we just read, confusion that leads astray comes when women rule over us.

With all of this glaring evidence from the Scriptures, is it not most obvious that women today would be the ones leading the way in doing wrong? Quite so! And again, this is to our destruction. Thus, one must ask: With the world in such a deplorable state, what specifically is the woman’s part in it? Given what we have considered thus far, this is a totally appropriate, wise, and discerning question.

We will now begin to examine some of the ways in which women are failing, first considering the matter of women’s clothing. Why women’s clothing? It is quite fitting that we start with this, for the first consequence of Eve’s sin was this matter of nakedness and how to cover it. Thus, the fact that women are once again uncovering their nakedness alarmingly speaks.

Also, if we see that women are failing miserably in this area of personal responsibility, leading others into sin and error, then why should we trust that they are responsible in governance? Men do not, in large, dress immodestly, as do women; nor do they wear women’s clothing, as women wear men’s clothing—cross-dressing. The fact is, women cannot be in governance, for it is not their God-given responsibility. Keep in mind, when the woman became the gateway to the destruction of the Garden and mankind, Yahweh’s solution was: “and he [the husband, the man] will rule over you” (Genesis 3:16). Additionally, we address this matter of women’s clothing so as to give DESPERATELY needed instruction to women regarding it.

Most would ask, “So what’s wrong with the way women dress today? It’s just a style.” This is definitely a grave error to so naively think. A woman’s clothing is not just irrelevant style, for it is entirely spiritual by its very nature. Clothing is no more irrelevant than how we use our body is irrelevant. No, we are told that our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19), and that we are to learn how to occupy it in sanctification and honor (1 Thessalonians 4:4). A woman’s clothing is profoundly spiritual, both in purpose and in testimony. It is spiritual in purpose in that, most significantly, it is a substitutionary covering, occupying the place of the glory of God that covered man before the fall. You can read more about this in Coverings, chapter 3. It is spiritual in testimony in that it tells others whether the woman is seeking after righteousness or seeking after this world, whether her hope is above or earthly, whether she seeks the temporal or the eternal.

I was in a store recently and saw an elderly woman wearing a full-length modest dress, and her long hair was neatly placed upon her head. It is my practice to compliment women who are so appropriately dressed—shamefully, a compliment I rarely have the opportunity to bestow—and I told her that I admired her modest dress. Her immediate reply revealed a depth of welcomed truth, a reply all women should hold so dear in their hearts. Her simple answer was that her dress was appropriate, and she then quoted, “Be ye holy; for I am holy” (1 Peter 1:16). So, does a long modest dress make a woman holy? Of course not. But, a woman making a claim to holiness must evidence it by her modest and obedient dress. Just as this modestly dressed woman quickly and correctly invoked, ladies, “Be ye holy; for Yahweh is holy.”

Furthermore, not only is modest clothing essential to a woman making a claim to holiness, but this is clearly instructed in the Scriptures. In a more literal translation of 1 Peter 3:3, women are specifically instructed, “Let not your behavior be the external plaiting of the hair and putting on gold jewelry or putting on worldly garments.” Unfortunately, this passage, found in second Remnant Peter, was not added to the list of verses addressing worldliness in “Rightly Dividing the Word: The Deception of Worldliness.” The reason is that the word, “worldly,” is incorrectly translated “adornment.” In fact, it is always translated “world” in every other case—one hundred and eighty-five times. The Greek word used here is equally “kosmos”; and as with Peter’s other like passages, this passage specifically instructs women to not allow the world to influence their clothing. If this was a caution at that time, it is all the more relevant today—because of the absolute corruption of women’s clothing, and because the message is more specific to us, the obedient second Remnant.

In addition, in 1 Timothy 2:9-10, women are equally instructed: “I want women to adorn themselves with proper clothing, modestly and discreetly, not with plaited hair and gold or pearls or costly garments, but rather by means of good works, as is proper for women making a claim to godliness.” First, the word “proper” is the same Greek word used in the next chapter to describe the character required of the overseer of a congregation: “An overseer, then, must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, prudent, respectable/proper, hospitable …” (1 Timothy 3:2). Ladies, does your clothing match the high moral standard consistent with a spiritual overseer? Furthermore, what kind of clothing is befitting a woman making a claim to godliness? It is most certainly not the worldly clothing of women today. Gratefully and affirmingly, the answer to this is specifically set forth in this verse.

The Greek word used here for “clothing” is “katastole.” This is not a general word for all clothing, but is specific to the woman’s outer garment. “Katastole” is comprised of two words—kata and stole. “Stole” is the same word used in Revelation 7:9, 13, and 14, where we find a great multitude “standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed in white robes [stole]. … These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and they have washed their robes [stole] and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.” According to Strong’s Concordance, the “stole” is a “long fitting gown (as a mark of dignity): long clothing (garment), (long) robe.” It is in fact a long robe that provides a covering consistent with righteousness so as to be able to stand before the throne of God. Ladies, how can you dress in any less measure today if you make a claim to righteousness?

So what is “kata”? It is a word that actually makes “stole” even more intensive, emphasizing that the woman’s clothing is to completely cover her. Thayer defines katastole as “a lowering, letting down; a garment let down.” In other words, it is specifically a long, full-length garment. This emphasis is then further strengthened by the descriptive words—“modestly and discretely.” Therefore, this passage more fully and accurately reads: “I want women to adorn themselves with proper full-length clothing that completely covers them, both modestly and discreetly.”

The Scriptures leave no question as to what Yahweh God expects regarding clothing for any woman who seeks godliness. They expressly state that she is to wear a long, simple, inexpensive dress that completely covers her, concealing her form, and does not conform to the world. The only question remaining here is: For what reason, ladies, would you not obey? If clothing is indeed spiritual in nature and purpose as the replacement covering for Yahweh God’s glory, if Yahweh God personally made more complete and acceptable garments for Adam and Eve when theirs were insufficient, and if a woman’s proper clothing is specifically set forth in the Scriptures, then how can your obedience in this matter be ignored? There is no other option here, other than compromise, worldliness, and sin—repeating the Garden.

The early church writer, Tertullian, also instructed women that when going among former friends or those of esteem, they were to continue to dress humbly and modestly as was their practice since their conversion, “so that between the handmaids of God and of the devil, there may be a difference; so that you may be an example to them, and they may be edified in you; so that as the apostle says, ‘God may be magnified in your body.’ But magnified He is in the body through modesty; of course, too, through attire suitable to modesty.“

Tertullian then urged women to put away the immodest clothing they wore before conversion which was according to this world. However, women today making a claim to righteousness continually wear this shameful worldly clothing. Ladies, look at how women dressed prior to the Curse of 1920, even going all the way back to Yahshua, and you will see your own shameful departure from that which “is proper for women making a claim to godliness.” Tertullian further challenged women concerning this humility upon conversion: “Will you fear to appear poorer, from the time that you have been made more wealthy [spiritually]; and fouler, from the time when you have been made more clean?”

Women’s clothing today has changed dramatically since the Curse of 1920, entirely for the worse, and would be both shocking and appalling to anyone who lived prior to 1920. This should tell you how aberrant, shamefully immodest, and even cross-gendering women’s clothing is today, and should be entirely rejected. How can one look at the absolute moral failure and demise of society in so many ways since 1920, and regard the shameful changes in women’s clothing as exempt from the same demise?

Look at how drugs have vastly increased.
Look at how abortions have vastly increased.
Look at how pornography has vastly increased.
The changes in women’s clothing are no different!

Look at how pervasive shameful immodesty has become.
Look at how the family has increasingly been destroyed.
Look at how music has increasingly been corrupted.
The changes in women’s clothing are no different!

Look at how crudeness has increased.
Look at how homosexuality has increased.
Look at how television and movies and entertainment have increasingly been corrupted, exponentially adding to that corruption the advent of the internet.
The changes in women’s clothing are no different!

Nations are being destroyed by ever-increasing pervasive feminism.
Women have received the right to vote and demand their equality with men.
The Garden of Eden is being corrupted once again.
The changes in women’s clothing are no different!

It is highly revealing to examine all of these destructive changes in society and realize that the abandonment of modest feminine clothing by women is no different—it is equally one of the destructive problems. The depravity of women’s clothing in the abandonment of modesty and feminine appearance, directly correlates with the vast amount of corruptness and error that has taken place in the last one hundred years.

Where society has gone astray, women’s clothing has gone hand in hand with it. Women are wearing the man’s pants, even wearing tight pants that are low cut. Women are wearing skimpy swim suits (which are all of women’s swim suits) and shorts and short skirts and tight clothing and tops that are openly revealing and sensually provocative. Christian women think they can dress the way of the world, yet shun being a lesbian or killing babies or looking at porn, when their clothing is cut from the same piece of cloth. But sadly, one cannot compare women in contrast today with men who cross-dress, for women en masse do the same already—dressing like a man. You do not see men clamoring to put on dresses. Women think themselves immune from being compared with all these other gross excesses when it comes to clothing, and they dress like the world with one justification—everybody does it. Yes, and you join everybody in the demise of this world, and the kingdom as well. As Paul wrote, you measure yourselves by yourselves and compare yourselves with yourselves, and for this reason you are without understanding (2 Corinthians 10:12).

Ladies, your manner of dress is no different from all the other destructive changes that have come about over the last one hundred years. These destructive moral departures include the manner in which you have so obviously compromised your clothing. Like Eve, you have removed the covering that you once had and have all the more chosen nakedness. You reject the covering of the husband and want to be like him, evidenced by the way you have uncovered your body and taken on the appearance of the man. Your dress evidences your deceitful heart (Jeremiah 17:9), and today the testimony is shockingly revealing in more ways than one. Your dress proves what you really are, looking all the way back to the Garden—your desire is for this world and not for Yahweh God’s government and righteousness and His kingdom which is above. Where is your shame?

Every woman is going to give a clear statement as to who she is, what she believes, who is her God, what is her focus, and what is her destination. When she dresses immodestly like the world, she tells everyone that she is of this world, thereby an enemy of God (James 4:4), that her desire is for the world, and she is even a harlot. When she dresses like a man, in his pants, and cuts her hair short like a man, she tells everyone that she is fulfilling the curse on the woman and is desiring the place of the man: “Yet your desire will be for the place of your husband …” (Genesis 3:16).

When she unclothes herself, showing the extremities of her body—the legs, the chest—she tells everyone that she does not want to receive the covering of glory that completely clothed her nakedness in the Garden before she led the man and the world into sin. When she unclothes herself, she is saying, “Behold, I am Eve!” When she dresses immodestly and accentuates the form of her body with tight clothing, she tells everyone that she is having relations with the world and is an adulteress with every man who looks upon her form. Women today dress like prostitutes, and have relations with men by inviting them to lust. When she dresses immodestly and does not cover her head, she tells everyone that the Scriptures mean nothing and should be ignored and dismissed. Anytime someone is showing more flesh, either in uncovering it or in revealing its form, they simply attest that they are living according to the flesh. Flesh reveals flesh! Flesh reveals the corrupt flesh nature. The more flesh you show, the more fleshly you are.

Ladies, you are told to evidence “a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in the sight of God” (1 Peter 3:3-4), and to win any disbelieving husband “without a word by [your] behavior” (1 Peter 3:1). While you may be instructed to be careful with your speech and do not have the right to teach or to preach; I assure you, in today’s world if you dress according to the Scriptures with true modesty, you will loudly declare profound and accurate truth equally without saying a word. The fact is, we will either live by principles, or we will live by compromise; and today is the day to live by principles that are founded on God’s word.

It is indeed true that to desire righteousness is immensely valuable; but, it is thereby also very costly. For anyone, and moreso for a woman who goes into the public, it is and should be with cost. If we fit into the world, then something is terribly wrong with our walk! If we look for the world’s approval and admiration (maybe, add-mire-ation), our focus and purpose is completely misplaced. If we are conforming to this world, we are not seeking righteousness. If we live for that which is below, we will not receive that which is above.

On the other hand, if we do not conform to the world’s image and experience persecution or rejection, then as it is written in 1 Peter 2:19, we find favor with God and it will be to our gain. We should all prefer and be willing to pay the price for the eternal gain, which comparatively is a small price to pay (2 Corinthians 4:17). Even as Yahshua declared, so should our lives evidence if necessary:

“If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you” [John 15:18-19].

Are you willing to live this today and pay the price, refusing to compromise and obediently live your life by higher convictions, not conforming to this world? Ladies, will you join with that elderly lady whom I complimented and declare by your clothing, “Be ye holy, for I am holy”? Will you fulfill what the Scriptures instruct and cover yourselves with proper, simple clothing that completely covers you both modestly and discretely? Will you join the righteous women of old and clothe yourselves “as is proper for women making a claim to godliness”? Or, will you continue being an Eve and eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and, as Tertullian wrote, be Satan’s gateway?

In the next posting, we will examine the subject of women’s makeup, and what another early church writer called “lying color.” Ladies, if you want to be joined to that which is above, then it is time to be clearly different from this world. It is your choice, and there is only one option that is acceptable to Yahweh:

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world. The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever [1 John 2:16-17].

In the last posting, I said we would examine in this one the deception of worldliness. This we will do, but first let us consider other compelling testimony that, indeed, the books of the New Testament are laid out in the pattern of the church. While the church is

First Remnant —> Christianity —> Second Remnant,

the books of the New Testament follow that pattern in that they represent these three distinct works in the following order:

Gospels thru Acts 8 —> Acts 9 thru Paul’s writings —> Hebrews thru Rev.

For us today, this holds special meaning in that Hebrews through Revelation would particularly, though not exclusively, speak to us, the second Remnant.

We already noted in second Remnant Hebrews 10:37 the amazing truth of this. There we read: “For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay.” This is a most fitting statement for a second Remnant book, for it is we, the second Remnant, who will see the coming of Immanuel without delay. Most certainly, this did not apply to the first Remnant or to Christianity, for clearly He has delayed His coming for two thousand years, which is not a “very little while.”

Adding further confirming like testimony, in second Remnant 1 Peter 4:7 we read: “The end of all things is near; therefore, be of sound judgment and sober spirit for the purpose of prayer.” Again, this was written nearly two thousand years ago, and either the Bible is evidencing misleading inaccuracy; or, it attests to the promised breach, evidenced by the letters of Paul, and is relevant specifically to us today. Clearly, the latter is true.

In further enlightening and relevant like truth, in second Remnant Revelation 10:6-7 we find yet a third testimony to this same message:

“there will be delay no longer, but in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he is about to sound [the seventh trumpet], then the mystery of God is finished, as He preached to His servants the prophets.”

As addressed in The Great Tribulation, page 9, the trumpets speak specifically to the second Remnant (while the seals speak to the first Remnant, and the bowls to Christianity). It is at the sounding of this seventh trumpet that we find the fulfillment that the second Remnant will bring—Immanuel’s coming. In the next chapter, we read the much needed and relevant outcome with the sounding of that trumpet:

Then the seventh angel sounded; and there were loud voices in heaven, saying, “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ; and He will reign into the ages of the ages” [Revelation 11:15].

And what is it that precedes this event? It is the proclamation in 10:6 that “there will be delay no longer” and “the mystery of God is finished.” As we continue reading in chapter 10, following this proclamation a little book is then given to John, he eats it, it is sweet to his mouth and bitter to his stomach, and then there is a prophecy that is likewise to be fulfilled in this day: “You must prophesy again before/over many peoples and nations and tongues and kings.” John never fulfilled this, but it will be fulfilled during the consummating second Remnant.

And might we say here, appropriately, it is the second Remnant who truly understand the book of Revelation, while others do not. They look at it in the natural, not realizing its message as a great parable. Thereby, they conclude something which is completely false and will never take place. Read The Great Tribulation, page 9, at to understand the truth regarding this second Remnant book.

In addition to these three like testimonies just considered, it is encouraging that in all the New Testament, only in the latter second Remnant portion is the latter rain, as well as the former rain, mentioned. And not only are these two outpourings pointed out, but they are also identified specifically in regard to Elijah. In second Remnant James 5:7 and 17-18 we read:

Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until it gets the early and late rains [7].

Elijah was a man with a nature like ours, and he prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the earth for three years and six months. Then he prayed again, and the sky poured rain and the earth produced its fruit [17-18].

Again, it is quite hopeful that all of these related passages are found exclusively in second Remnant Hebrews through Revelation.

This now leads us to the main subject of this posting: the deceitfulness of worldliness. As we have seen evidenced thus far here, once again, now regarding worldliness, we see that the messages within these three divisions of the New Testament are indeed specific to the first Remnant, Christianity, and the second Remnant. And in particular, once again we see testified the specific timing of the second Remnant relative to the Millennial reign. It is also quite noteworthy that the exhortations of the Scriptures regarding worldliness and the necessity to turn from it are concentrated in this second Remnant portion. Let us examine these subject passages. To begin with, in 1 Peter 1:14-16 we read:

As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.”

Though the word “world” is not used here, the “former lusts” look to this, especially in contrast with the calling, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” Next, in James 1:27 we find the qualification as to what is pure and undefiled religion, here specifically addressing the world:

Pure and undefiled religion in the sight of our God and Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their distress, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.

James continues this message with the very sobering warning:

You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore, whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God [James 4:4].

John then adds a MOST powerful and relevant warning to the second Remnant, who will rule and reign with Yahshua in the Millennial age:

Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life—is not from the Father, but is from the world. The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives into the age [1 John 2:15-17].

You will notice here that the invitation and opportunity is for those who will live “into the age.” This is the Greek phrase “eis ton aion,” which is used in some most revealing passages in the New Testament applying specifically to the Millennial age. For example, in John 8:51 we equally read: “Truly, truly, I say to you, if anyone keeps My word, he will surely not taste death into the age (eis ton aion).” For other uses of this specific phrase, read The Best Is Before Us—The Latter Rain, page 2. Again, it is MOST appropriate that this message that applies more specifically to the second Remnant, looks to the promise of entering into the Millennial age. Consequently, never has there been a time for more caution and circumspect behavior than today, as well as a resolute commitment to turn away from these things of the world.

Proceeding now to the message to Christianity, we find that these like instructive passages from Paul regarding worldliness are but three in number. Regarding the second Remnant portion of the New Testament, we noted that this message is concentrated. This is indeed the case, for Paul’s writings are twice as much text as that in Hebrews through Revelation. And if you do not count Revelation, which is mainly a parable and not directly instructional, it is more than three times as much text.

In addition, Paul is unique in that one of these three exhortations is regarding having a right mind, and another is specifically relative to right doctrine. This would be consistent with his training as a Pharisee and his emphasis on doctrine in his writings. Also, Paul likewise correctly exhorts the believer, but not with the passion, consequences, and urgency, and certainly not with the identification of living into the Millennial reign, of those we have just read.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect [Romans 12:2].

See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, according to the tradition of men, according to the elementary principles of the world, rather than according to Christ [Colossians 2:8].

For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all men, instructing us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires and to live sensibly, righteously, and godly in the present age, looking for the blessed hope and the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Christ Jesus … [Titus 2:11-13].

You will notice in the last verse that the timing here is quite different and very confirming regarding what we are seeing. It is identified as taking place “in the present age,” which is of course Christianity, and “looking for the blessed appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior.” While this latter statement indeed looks to the coming of Immanuel and the Millennial reign, it lacks the personal fulfillment that is found in the second Remnant portion where the Bride believer “lives into the age” (eis ton aion). Again, this is like unto the passage in John 8:51 where we read: “he will surely not taste death into the age.”

Additionally, the comment that was made regarding Paul’s seeming lesser passion concerning the world, is not to diminish in any way the value of what is written there, or the necessity of keeping this instruction or heeding its warnings. The entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, is profitable for all and should be studied and its truths applied. But the point here is that, clearly, there is a timely message within the pattern of these New Testament books that we are wise to examine, pointing to an urgent call to the second Remnant to shun the world and to be holy.

If we are to be a bride prepared without spot or wrinkle, who enter into immortality and reign with Yahshua in the Millennial reign, then it is essential our affection be for that which is above and not for this world. As noted in the last posting, if we want to ascend alive into heaven and enter into an immortal, incorruptible body, then we must demonstrate this by how we prove ourselves today. How can we be worthy to enter into the heavenlies, if we live our lives today in corruption? By our actions we prove what we truly desire, and will receive what we pursue on this earth while in this flesh—either the world or the heavenly.

Let us now look at the differences in the first Remnant portion of the New Testament—Matthew through Acts 8. You will notice that the message here regarding the world is uniquely different from those relative to Christianity and the second Remnant, once again confirming the telling distinctions in these three divisions. Each of these quotes are the words of Yahshua.

“And others are the ones on whom seed was sown among the thorns; these are the ones who have heard the word, but the worries of the world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful” [Mark 4:18-19].

“Woe to the world because of its stumbling blocks! For it is inevitable that stumbling blocks come; but woe to that man through whom the stumbling block comes!” [Matthew 18:7]

Finally, from John 15:19 and 17:14 we read:

“If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you.”

“I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.”

Thus we see that the message relative to the first Remnant, which they personally heard and received, is unique in that Yahshua, essentially, points out the conflict with the world. Also, it lacks the exhortation for abstention found not only in Paul’s letters reflecting Christianity, but even moreso in Hebrews through Revelation that speak to the second Remnant. This could be because of the short duration of that work and its fervency.

The question then today is: Are we going to take these warnings serious, particularly pertaining to the instruction to the second Remnant? Will we, the fulfilling second Remnant, choose not to be stained by the world, as written in James 1:27?

To understand more regarding this matter of worldliness and its effects, let us further examine the sober warning of James 4:4:

You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore, whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.

What is an adulterer? It is one who has relations with another when already bound to someone, thereupon establishing a covenant with the unlawful party. This act risks and even calls for nullification of the covenant with the one to whom they were rightly joined. Remember, any sexual intercourse is a legally consequential act, even a covenant, whereby the male passes between the split covenant parts of the female and the two become one flesh. So, how can James call these “adulterers”?

One of the ways to examine this is to see the application, cause, and consequence set forth in another second Remnant book—Revelation. Here, we will consider the impact of the world upon the church and its outcome for the last two thousand years. In Revelation 17 and 18, as well as the beginning of 19, we find the account regarding “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots and of the abominations of the earth” (Revelation 17:5). Let us read some of the descriptive statements regarding mystery Babylon.

The woman was clothed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a gold cup full of abominations and of the unclean things of her immorality (Revelation 17:4).

“For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the passion of her immorality, and the kings of the earth have committed acts of immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich by the wealth of her sensuality” (Revelation 18:3).

“Woe, woe, the great city, she who was clothed in fine linen and purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls” (Revelation 18:16).

So, who is mystery Babylon? There are many ideas that people purport. Some say America, some say Catholicism, some might even say it is the world’s economic system. But Yahweh has provided the Scriptures for the purpose of instructing us truly regarding one particular thing—the church, the kingdom. The entirety of the Old Testament points to the kingdom, and if you read The Great Tribulation, you will see that the book of Revelation has the same purpose. So, who then is mystery Babylon? It is the church that we have known for two thousand years. Simply stated, it is Christianity. Martin Luther was correct in saying that Catholicism was mystery Babylon; but he did not realize that he too, as a Protestant, was still a part of that work.

There are many evidences that this is correct. In All’s Well That Ends Well, page 2, we see clear evidence of this. Furthermore, in Revelation 18:4-5, we read the call to the Bride to come out of mystery Babylon, out of the afflicted and sleeping Body of Christ:

I heard another voice from heaven, saying, “Come out of her, my people, so that you will not participate in her sins and receive of her plagues; for her sins have piled up as high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.”

You will notice that “her sins have piled up to heaven.” This is no different than the tower of Babel, “whose top reaches into heaven” (Genesis 11:4). This is what the church has done as a flesh work for two thousand years—it is a work with its feet planted here on earth that reaches to heaven. Likewise, it is Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, who was a tree planted “in the midst of the earth and its height was great. The tree grew large and became strong and its height reached to heaven, and it was visible to the end of the whole earth” (Daniel 4:10-11). Again, this is a testimony of Christianity, which, like Nebuchadnezzar, has been given the mind of a beast for seven periods of time (Daniel 4:16)—the mark of the beast (The Issue – II, page 5). And so this will be until it too comes to its senses that “the Most High is ruler over the realm of mankind, and bestows it on whom He wishes and sets over it the lowliest of men” (Daniel 4:17). Then Yahweh will restore Christianity as well.

Thus, whether it be mystery Babylon, whose sins have piled up to heaven, or the tower of Babel, whose top reached into heaven, or Nebuchadnezzar, who was a tree that equally reached into heaven, they all speak of the same work—the church given to man while in the flesh, Christianity. They are flesh man, reaching up to God while still of this earth; when what MUST happen is that man must ascend into heaven and be born from above into an immortal, incorruptible body. What we must have is not man reaching up to God, but God reaching down to man, being here in person as Immanuel, “God with us.”

Another highly revealing evidence that mystery Babylon is Christianity is attested in her clothing—she “was clothed in purple and scarlet.” Where else do we see someone clothed in these two specific colors? In Mark 15:17 and Matthew 27:28. This was at the affliction and crucifixion of Yahshua. In Mark 15:17 they placed a purple robe on Him, and in Matthew 27:28 they placed a scarlet robe on Him. Therefore, Yahshua was clothed in purple and scarlet. So what does this mean? Quite simply—as went Christ, so goes the Body of Christ. The Body of Christ is the afflicted work as set forth by Christ’s example. But furthermore, in their affliction they also become “Babylon the great, the mother of harlots and of the abominations of the earth.”

Briefly, yet another revealing and even obvious evidence is that “Babylon” means “confusion.” With 35,000 different denominations and sects with widely varying and contradicting teachings and practices, Christianity is clearly Babylonian confusion.

Additionally, in Revelation 17:4 and 5, we read that mystery Babylon had in her hand “a gold cup full of abominations,” and that “on her forehead a name was written, a mystery, ‘Babylon the great, the mother of harlots and of the abominations of the earth.’ ” Yes, this is a mystery indeed. What is that mystery? The mystery is—the abomination of desolation, seen here and spoken of in Daniel 9 and 12 and other references, has been taking place in the church for two thousand years. Thus, once again we see clear testimony that mystery Babylon is Christianity.

Another evidence of this is that when Babylon falls in Revelation 18 and 19:1-3, the very next scene is the twenty-four elders. Of course the fall of Christianity is followed by the uniting of the two Remnant in heaven—providing the sum of twenty-four elders. Thus we read in Revelation 19:4-9 the following account regarding the Bride. As you read this, keep in mind that the “great multitude” spoken of here is the same “great multitude” in Revelation 7:9-12—the second Remnant, bearing the palm branches, preparing the way for Immanuel’s triumphal coming.

And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sits on the throne saying, “Amen. Hallelujah!” And a voice came from the throne, saying, “Give praise to our God, all you His bond-servants, you who fear Him, the small and the great.” Then I heard something like the voice of a great multitude and like the sound of many waters and like the sound of mighty peals of thunder, saying, “Hallelujah! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns. Let us rejoice and be glad and give the glory to Him, for the marriage of the Lamb has come and His bride has made herself ready.” It was given to her to clothe herself in fine linen, bright and clean; for the fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints. Then he said to me, “Write, ‘Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.’ “ And he said to me, “These are true words of God.”

The much needed fulfillment of this event cannot come too soon!

What then does the church perform even from its beginning, and is rampant today, that qualifies it as an adulteress? Remember, adultery is when one has relations with another when already bound to someone, thereupon establishing a covenant with the unlawful party. So, how and with whom has mystery Babylon Christianity committed adultery?

First, adultery requires two and even three parties to be involved. The first party is the Body of Christ. Legally, they are united with Yahshua, the second party. Remember, in the heavenlies there is neither male nor female (Matthew 22:30); but even so, there are governmental relationships that follow these same obligations. In this regard, the Body of Christ is obligated to Yahshua to not be united with another. This governmental relationship is evidenced in that mystery Babylon is indeed female. In like regard and testimony, this is the harlotry Israel committed against her husband, Yahweh, for which He divorced her and sent her away (Jeremiah 3:1-8). Yahweh is providing in both of these examples a testimony of how the church would and is having an unfaithful and unlawful relationship with another. To whom are they uniting themselves? To a third party—the world!

This is confirmed in James 4:4 where he identifies them as “adulteress.” Some of those believers who were “dispersed abroad” (James 1:1) were giving themselves to the world, for which he warned that “friendship with the world is hostility toward God”—being unlawful and threatening the relationship. Again, this is the same guilt that Israel fell into—the people of God were having relations with the world’s idols (Jeremiah 3:1-8). What was the outcome? In verse 8 we read: “And I saw that for all the adulteries of faithless Israel, I had sent her away and given her a writ of divorce ….” This is the very risk that believers take when likewise having relations with the world.

So, what are the acts of adultery whereby the church has unfaithfully joined itself to the world? We will very briefly address some of these acts, as there is little need to elaborate on or belabor this.

Emphasis of, concentration on, and massive investment in buildings

Worldly church programs that are meant to draw people into the church

Accumulation of wealth and general materialism

Preferring the prestige and approval of man: “How can you believe, when you receive glory from one another and you do not seek the glory that is from the one and only God?” (John 5:44)

Preferring the wealthy and popular over the lowly (James 2:1-5)

Seeking and preaching material wealth, rather than righteous deeds

Preferring the government of men, rather than the government of God

Celebrating the world’s holidays such as Christmas, Easter, Halloween, and birthdays

Preaching messages that are merely social or positive reinforcement psychology

Teaching eternal hell fire punishment and suffering that is from Greek mythology

Accepting, using, and encouraging worldly music, including Christianity’s worldly versions

Allowing divorce, other than for fornication

Allowing acts of immorality without correction

Women dress immodestly like the world, including cutting their hair short and wearing makeup

Men look like women by following the Greeks and shaving their faces

Failure of women to cover their heads

Fulfilling the curse on the woman, allowing them to occupy the governmental place of the man

Approving and even bringing worldly entertainment into the church service and into Sunday schools

Bringing money-making businesses into the church building such as coffee shops

The use of ungodly worldly speech and slang (Matthew 12:36-37)

Women forsake the home and stand in the workplace of a man

Failure of Christians to tithe, not giving out of one’s provision but using all for oneself

This does not include the vast array of false teachings, which do not necessarily qualify as worldliness, but doctrinal error.

This sad assessment is a tragic commentary for today, and points us to our own personal need to turn away from the world, as well as the need for the Bride to come out of the harlot and perform “deeds consistent with repentance,” adding much needed moral virtue to our faith.

In the next posting, we will shift from this corporal examination of the church having relations with the world, and move to one’s individual responsibility. If we, the Bride, are going to ascend alive into heaven and be joined to Immanuel, we cannot be joined to this world! We cannot continue to be like others, but must be decidedly and distinguishably different. Simply stated, if we want to put on the incorruptible, we must seek to live a life not entwined in corruption. As it is written, “The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives into the age.”

This will require certain choices for us—choices that set us apart from the world—and we will begin to examine those choices in the next posting.

In Hebrews 10:35-38, we read:

35. Therefore, do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward.
36. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God, you may receive what was promised.
37. For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay.
38. But My righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrinks back, My soul has no pleasure in him.

Verse 37 sounds very encouraging, right? Yes, it does, that is until you consider that it was written almost two thousand years ago. With that consideration, a “little while” looks a little bleak!

However, recently a Bride brother pointed out something that brings light and marvelous meaning and welcomed relevance to this passage. He noted that the New Testament was laid out in the same pattern of the church, which is of course:

First Remnant —> Christianity —> Second Remnant

Examining the books of the New Testament, we find that the Gospels address the formation of the first Remnant, begun by Yahshua. Next, in the first eight chapters of Acts, there is the continuation of that work—from Yahshua’s ascension to the stoning of Stephen, and finally the translation of Phillip. Though Saul/Paul was introduced in chapters seven and eight, in chapter nine the major emphasis shifts to him, with the bulk of Acts thereafter dedicated totally to him. Following Acts are, of course, all the letters of Paul, through to the end of Philemon.

Next in order, the book of Hebrews is contested in its authorship. For many years, and even moreso since the revelation of the Bride, I have concluded that Paul was not its author. Hebrews is just too much Remnant in its message for Paul to have written it. Apart from the mention of Timothy in the closing verses, along with a salutation that matches that of Colossians, its style and message is just not that of Paul. Also, in all of Paul’s letters, he consistently placed his name in them so as to secure his authorship, even adding a personal notation in the closing of Galatians to highlight his authorship. This characteristic identification of Paul is distinctly absent in Hebrews. Also, in all but three of his letters (Philippians, 2 Thessalonians, and Philemon) he identifies himself as an apostle (a strange thing for the man who four times in Galatians 2 dismissed the original twelve apostles as being merely “reputed”). This title in authorship is equally absent in Hebrews; where instead, Yahshua Himself is identified as the Apostle (3:1). Clearly, this is a Remnant book and could not have been written by Paul.

Of course after Hebrews come the letters from James (either the brother of Yahshua or the apostle), Peter (the apostle), John (the apostle), and Jude (the brother of Yahshua), as well as Revelation (equally from John, the apostle).

As this Bride brother noted, the opening books of the Gospels through Acts 8 relate specifically to the first Remnant. Next, the remainder of Acts and all the uninterrupted letters of Paul follow, which, appropriately, occupy the place of Christianity. Then the books from Hebrews through Revelation reveal and relate to the second Remnant. Thus we see the like pattern:

Gospels thru Acts 8 —> Acts 9 thru Paul’s letters —> Hebrews thru Rev.

I have long noted that these latter books are far more revealing regarding the Remnant, and this pattern evidences and affirms this all the more. And, adding even more conclusive testimony is this most unusual statement in Hebrews 10:37: “For yet in a very little while, He who is coming will come, and will not delay.” The imminent timing of this passage is clearly relative specifically to the second Remnant. Though it has been nearly two thousand years since it was written, this message is MOST timely and relevant to today—He who is coming will come in our days, and He will not delay. This is clearly the message relative specifically to the second Remnant, explaining why the New Testament is designed the way it is—rightly dividing the word into three distinct parts relevant to the church.

Most importantly, we, the second Remnant, are wise and discerning to give our attention and study to these books from Hebrews through Revelation. Thus, for the remainder of this writing, and undoubtedly for other writings to come, we will give ourselves to this purpose. What is Yahweh telling the second Remnant that is presented in these concluding books? One thing is certain: If you are in any regard familiar with these books, they are not void of exacting personal responsibility and moral obligation. It seems most fitting that Martin Luther, a Christian, wanted to remove the book of James from the Bible. He called it a book of straw. Why? Because it requires personal accountability and attesting works, both of which are gravely absent in churches today.

Let us now examine some of these qualities consistent with our high calling that are set forth in Hebrews and these other second Remnant books. To begin with, in Hebrews 3:12-13, just after giving the example of the sons of Israel failing to enter into the Promised Land, we read:

Take care, brethren, that there not be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart that falls away from the living God. But encourage one another day after day, as long as it is still called “Today,” so that none of you will be hardened by the deceitfulness of sin.

How many messages have you heard in church that warned about the vices and consequences of sin? Frankly, I cannot remember one message warning about sin, or even pointing out what is indeed sin. Instead, they teach on everything else, and to their own ruin focus on the message of grace, grace, grace. In fact, they teach grace so exclusively that they cause the hearers to deny personal accountability, and fail to call men to perform, as actually Paul noted, “deeds consistent with repentance” (Acts 26:20). Likewise, as second Remnant Jude 1:4 warned, their grace message prevails to the extent that it affords a license to sin, turning “the grace of our God into licentiousness.” What we want to focus on first is this ability of sin to deceive and to blind people—“the deceitfulness of sin!”

Also significantly and appropriately recorded in a second Remnant book, in 2 Peter 1:2-5 we read the following. As you read this, give attention to how it too more specifically applies to the second Remnant, who have a knowledge of what Yahweh is doing that no one before has received.

Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord; seeing that His divine power has granted to us everything pertaining to life and godliness, through the true knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and excellence. For by these He has granted to us His precious and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become partakers of the divine nature [including an immortal body], having escaped the corruption that is in the world by lust. Now for this very reason also, applying all diligence, in your faith supply moral excellence, and in your moral excellence, knowledge ….

If we, the Bride, do not excel in moral excellence, then we are not worthy to be called the Bride, who is to make herself ready for Immanuel (Revelation 19:7). We, who have received wonderful never-before-seen knowledge, nullify that knowledge if we fail to excel in moral excellence. One does not run to first base, pass by second, go to third, then go to home plate, and score. Moral excellence is not an option for the Bride, but an obligated mandate! If we want to ascend alive into heaven and enter into an immortal, incorruptible body, then we must demonstrate this by how we prove ourselves today. How can we be worthy to enter into the heavenlies, if we live our lives today in corruption? By our actions we prove what we truly desire, and will receive what we pursue on this earth while in this flesh.

If you live according to the flesh, then you are a servant of the flesh and will remain in the flesh. But if you serve that which is above in righteousness, “applying all diligence,” ever striving for it, then you will enter into that which is above. By your actions you will prove what you really desire. If you live your life for this world, you will inherit this world. But if you live your life for that which is above in righteousness and goodness, then you will receive that which is above. In short, you will reap what you sow.

To help understand this matter of the deceitfulness of sin, the best way to do so is to give some examples with which I am personally familiar. First is a matter that was at hand when I read this passage regarding the deceitfulness of sin, making this truth all too real. There is a man close to me who discovered that his wife had a sexual relationship with another man. This lady is a believer, yet freely gave herself to this failure. In second Remnant Hebrews 13:4 we read:

Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

How can one read this passage and give in to the passing pleasure of sin? By the deceitfulness of sin! What went on in that lady’s mind that would cause her to discard her walk with Yahweh and insult the one-flesh union that she covenanted with her husband? One does not violate that covenant without consequences—with the spouse, with others, and with God. Part of this judgment by God is to allow the violated spouse to divorce the guilty spouse, and indeed this defilement severely threatens this woman’s marriage. In Malachi 2:16, also a clearly Elijah Remnant book, Yahweh forthrightly states that He hates divorce; and, He hates the breaking of the one-flesh covenant between a man and a woman, which is the only justification for divorce. If one truly loves Yahweh God, then they should obey Him, deny their flesh, choose to resist evil, embrace difficulty if necessary, and do what is right and good according to His commands.

One might say here: Well, God will forgive that lady. Really? Then why did he allow divorce for that offense? I had one Christian woman tell me upon deciding to unlawfully divorce her husband, “God will just have to forgive me.” Does God really have to forgive her, or was she also deceived by sin? Do you really think that when one chooses to sin, that grace is automatically given because of the “blood of Christ”? Herein is the grave and destructive error of loose Christian teachings, for also in second Remnant Hebrews, 10:26 and 27, we read:

For if we sin willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a terrifying expectation of judgment and the fury of a fire which will consume the adversaries.

This is not some eternal hell-fire judgment for the “lost,” but the correction and purification that takes place while in this flesh. If one sins willfully, there is no sacrifice for that sin. This is the very truth attested to in the original sin offerings. Repeatedly, it is stated that the sin offerings were for sins committed unintentionally (Leviticus 4 and 5, Numbers 15 and 35, Deuteronomy 4 and 19). Clearly, in like manner this is true with believers today who rely upon Yahshua’s sacrifice. If you want forgiveness, then do not sin willfully.

Herein is the grave truth regarding one’s walk. Many have been trained like a spoiled child to think that no matter what they do, daddy is going to forgive them. And, people do not want to read what the Scriptures teach about sin, as though by ignoring it the liability and consequences will disappear. Not true! But instead, the wise will be honest and circumspect with the entirety of the Scriptures, including the warnings and the rebukes. For example, in second Remnant Hebrews 12:4-11 we read:

You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, “My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord, nor faint when you are reproved by Him; for those whom the Lord loves He disciplines, and He scourges every son whom He receives.”

It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live? For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, so that we may share His holiness. All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterwards it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness.

Where are those who do indeed “strive against sin”? People do not want to hear about the judgment of Yahweh God. It is an unpopular subject and does not build big churches. But in like regard, in 1 Corinthians 11:29-32, Paul equally declared:

For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly. For this reason many among you are weak and sick, and a number sleep. But if we judged ourselves rightly, we would not be judged. But when we are judged, we are disciplined by the Lord so that we will not be condemned along with the world.

In 2 Corinthians 12:20, Paul laid out a cause and effect that was not only true pertaining to him and the Corinthians, but is true with God and us, with parents and their children, with a husband and a wife, and in fact in any place where there is authority. In the closing of the second letter to the Corinthians, Paul warned them:

For I am afraid that perhaps when I come I may find you to be not what I wish, and may be found by you to be not what you wish ….

Speaking as a father and a husband, since my children and my wife began to reject me, it has caused me to be a man I do not want to be—having to effect discipline. But, this is the responsibility of authority; and until they become what I want them to be, all of our lives are now dramatically impacted. And in like regard, Yahweh has to become that which He does not want to be when we become what He does not want us to be. As Yahshua declared shortly before His crucifixion, so our actions determine His dealings with us, even the delay or withholding of His blessings:

“Jerusalem, Jerusalem, who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling. Behold, your house is being left to you desolate! For I say to you, from now on you will not see Me until you say, ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ “ [Matthew 23:37-39]

Oh, how I can relate to this! How I have longed to gather my family together in like protection and blessing, but they have determined that my actions be otherwise and their house is left desolate. I have had to become what I do not want to be. This is sadly true with the Bride brother and his wife as well. And in like regard, we must realize that we create the same problem relative to Yahweh when we wander in our ways and choose to do our own will and pleasure.

Once again in a second Remnant book, in 1 Peter 2:18-25 we find revealing truth regarding what our attitude should be concerning difficulties and correction, whether it be from man or from Yahweh. To understand the relevance and message of this next quote requires that the entire portion be read. And do not just consider this relative to a master/servant relationship, but regarding any place of established authority. This will be evident as we consider the instruction that immediately follows.

Servants, be submissive to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and gentle, but also to those who are unreasonable. For this finds favor, if for the sake of conscience toward God a person bears up under sorrows when suffering unjustly. For what credit is there if, when you sin and are harshly treated, you endure it with patience? But if when you do what is right and suffer for it you patiently endure it, this finds favor with God.

For you have been called for this purpose, since Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example for you to follow in His steps, who committed no sin, nor was any deceit found in His mouth; and while being reviled, He did not revile in return; while suffering, He uttered no threats, but kept entrusting Himself to Him who judges righteously; and He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; for by His wounds you were healed. For you were continually straying like sheep, but now you have returned to the Shepherd and Guardian of your souls.

So, when you suffer for doing wrong, then just take it. You deserve it. But also, when authority has treated you unjustly and you take it as well, then you identify with Yahshua and have a reward and favor with God—a reward that is eternal!

But also regarding this passage, I noted that this is relative to all authority, including the authority that a husband has over his wife—authority that is invested through and upheld by God. After pointing to the examples of the servant and Yahshua, Peter then aptly continues with a comparison that most women do not want to, and even refuse to, acknowledge. In the very next verses (3:1-2), Peter continues:

IN THE SAME WAY [as a servant and Yahshua], you wives, be submissive to your own husbands so that even if any of them are disobedient to the word, they may be won without a word by the behavior of their wives, as they observe your chaste and respectful behavior.

What a marvelous opportunity women have to gain the favor of God; but more often in this present society, they actually deny Yahshua. When women rebel against their husbands, it is as if to despise Yahshua’s sacrifice and to say that He too should have rejected the authority that He was placed under and should not have died for our sins. Today we are immersed in a society that shamefully worships and exalts rebellion, laughing at it as though it is a cute spoiled child. But instead, it is SIN, and it demands judgment, which has come upon this nation and the world!

Out of the lust of the flesh the wife of the man close to me rejected her husband’s headship by violating her one-flesh covenant and in the natural unlawfully pursued the head of another man. In like regard my wife has rejected her head, though not violating our one-flesh union. I therefore have no legal basis to divorce her; but, there are consequences both from me and from God for her lawless actions. The close brother’s wife was deceived by the lust of the flesh and lawlessness. On the other hand, my wife is deceived by the blindness of Christianity and their own repeated lawlessness that leads to sin. But both have succumbed to the deceitfulness of sin.

Also, in both of these cases there is another common factor—the deception of worldliness, being lulled by and becoming stained by the world. This is where we will continue in the next posting as we examine the deceitfulness of sin and consider the compelling messages set forth in second Remnant Hebrews through Revelation. Until then, I urge you to read and carefully examine these closing books. By revealing pattern, they hold a message that is directed to us today, the second Remnant.

As we have noted as well, these second Remnant books are very much directed toward moral excellence and performing deeds consistent with our calling. Again, if we, the Bride, do not excel in moral excellence, then we are not worthy to be called the Bride. If we want to ascend alive into heaven and enter into an immortal, incorruptible body, then we must demonstrate this by how we prove ourselves today. If we desire to enter into the heavenlies, then “with all diligence” we must demonstrate this in how we live right now. If we serve that which is above in righteousness, ever striving for it, only then will we enter into that which is above.

In conclusion, let us read from second Remnant Jude 1:22-23:

Have mercy on some, who are doubting; save others, snatching them out of the fire; and on some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment polluted by the flesh.
